In KIDS cartoons, too. I had something to add to the original thread, but I guess it got moved to the archives.
Anyway, I heard this on the Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy, originally in Spanish. When I did, I immediately downloaded the original to see if I had heard right.
This was Irwin said in English:
"I've got the pilot episode all worked out, okay? It starts with me and Mandy running in the woods--scantily clad--from an evil supernatural cloud of--bubbles?"
It was just a bit subtle. Not so in Spanish, because Irwin blurted out loud "medio desnudos" = "half-naked"

I've got one. Somewhere out there there's a black-and-white mock blooper of Porky Pig dating back to 1939 for the "Warner Club" newsreel for all the Warner Bros. studio employees. On that outtake, he is trying to hit a nail with a hammer, but hits his finger instead. You can't believe what's said:
Porky: Son of a b-b-b-b- son of a b-b-b-b- son of a gun! (to audience/viewer) Ha! Tricked ya! Y-Y-you thought I was gonna say s-s-s-son of a b****, didn't cha?
This can be found in the extras section of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 4.
Of course, the Looney Tunes, as with most cartoons of the 30's and 40's, were meant for a predominantly adult audience, but back in those days they had the restrictive Hays code. This gag was not intended for public theatrical viewing, I can tell you!
BTW: While browsing the archives, I have seen some people SPELL OUT swear words. Is this allowed?

Actually, Grim Adventures got a ton of crap past the radar, now that I think about it. I mean, there was that whole dialogue with Irwin's dad and the mummy. And Billy mentioned menopause once.
I'm not sure if this counts, but the English dub of Code: Lyoko mentioned terrorism and alcohol in two different episodes. No idea how they managed get those subjects past the overzealous media watchdogs.
And in Transformers: Animated, the transformers have some rather amusing anatomic euphemisms:
"Have you got your processor up your exhaust port?"
"What crawled up your tailpipe?"
"You've got some sparkplugs, bot."

Here's another one, and surprisingly it's from KND!:
In "Operation: Lizzie," listen carefully (provided you have the original English version) to the scene in which Numbuh's Two and Four are sniggering behind Numbuh One's back when he encounters Lizzie on the way to the comic shop before she reveals the surprise package.
Lizzie says something like "I'm sorry about yesterday, and I wanna patch things up..." Well, I am unsure whether it's Wally or Hoagie who says this, but after Lizzie's line, invariably one of them mutters under his breath, "Are you gonna do it?"
How Mr. Warburton was able to sneak this by the CN censors I'll never know!

In the Avatar fandom, it's known as "That Scene" - when Zuko clearly interrupts Sokka and Suki when they were planning to have sex. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Actually, the creators of Avatar mentioned in the DVD commentary that "That Scene" was more of a tryst than what most of the Avatar fandom was assuming ;D Also in The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, the episode "Jimmy for President", near the end Carl confessed that the candidates were using cheating tactics, among them is "Jimmy playing the best friend card and using scantily clad women".

But seriously, there's no way people who keep up-to-date with their fandom like they do wouldn't know what idea fans would take away from that.

Even when I was six or seven I was shocked how in an episode of Animaniacs that went something like they met Beethoven and when they asked for his name and they say "like the dog" and he goes "No, the pianist" Then they put a bar of soap in his mouth and say "we don't need talk like that potty mouth"
Oh my god, you're right

I still can't believe how Cree's boobs are small when I first noticed in SUPPORT. No, really, she's what--16? Come on. She needs bigger boobs. ... I bet the Toilenator would have manly, bigger boobs than her. *slapped* I also read in Mr. W's new Blog that he wrote in one of his sketchbooks that was TRUE in the studio tour: "Okay, tell him what we don't like in KND, (place kid's name here)" "Um... stupid, shutt-up, and ... f***ing." "I believe he got that from his father."

Okay, this may not sound offending, and this isn't a bad word......but while I was watching WALL.E (again), there was one part where the Captain yelled, "In fact, that's all I've been doing on this BLASTED ship, nothing!!" The word 'blasted' gave me a shock, because I thought this was a kid's movie, turns out WALL.E was rated PG-13 for voilence and strong languege.... Oh yeah, and the last time I used that word, my mom almost slapped me......

Honestly, I think you HAVE to put some adult perverted stuff n kid shows, because most of the time with younger kids, you have to grab the parent's attention at the same time. Not many parents will sit through what they can't enjoy themselves.
I don't know why you guys are freaking out about stuff like the world "blasted" it's not even a swear word and WALLE is PG i believe, not PG-13. POTC is PG-13. Or about phrases like"are you gonna do it?" It could mean anything, and some of you guys are still to young to be having your minds in the gutter, or thinking stuff like that.
...Okay, I don't see how the boob thing is "inapproipate" or gross. ..She was just saying Cree has small boobies. ... Tolinator probbly has bigger ones, indeed.
This topic just seems..immature to me. Before it was amusing, but now it's like"OMG LOOK WHT THEY SAID ON THIS PG MOVIE! *GASP* ITS A BAD WORD!"
BTW shouldn't the topic be kid shows not cartoons? 'cause seriously, I could name a 101 things I've never thought I'd hear or see on a cartoon. (South Park, anyone?)
