I'll need to talk to my WB experts, but according to them, yes, Bugs Bunny was once seen "anatomically correct" in one of his old cartoons. That was just an urban legend. I read about it on Snopes. That was a joke. It wasn't meant for the public.

The short in question is "The Wabbit That Came to Dinner", by Friz Freleng. The questionable scene is about 2 minutes into the cartoon, when Bugs steps out of the shower. It's available on Youtube, but I won't post the link so as to not offend anyone who might think they'll feel offended Some say it's....a body part, others say we're just looking under him and seeing the bathtub behind him. Your call.

The scene from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, where the girl gets tripped or something and suddenly says "You sneaky son of a-" and then is interrupted.
Is it just me or is that oddly inappropriate for a Disney cartoon?

Same. And then the guy covers it up by saying "We're in a church." In other words, it's all right to say it when you're not in a church.

I know about cartoons, but what about rated E videogames too?
Well...
In Spyro 2: Season of Flame for the GBA, Sparx almost cussed! "Oh man, good to be back home. Those Rhynocs really needed a good kick in the--"
Spyro: Attack of the Rhynocs for the GBA, Spyro almost cussed too! "Grrr, Ripto! I'm gonna kick your--"
...
And finally, Sparx DID cuss in Dawn of the Dragon. :O
"YEAH! Let's blow this DAM thing up!"
At first I was confused... because in this part of the game, you WERE supposed to blow the dam up to flood the Destroyer. Oo Um... anyone wanna help me on this? xD

Wasn't there something similar to that in Operation: SPINACH with either Nigel or Kuki?

I've seen many children's cartoons in which a younger character witnesses an adult character uttering a swear word, and the child, not knowing what the word means, starts using it. In many cases these episodes make skillful use if self-censoring by censoring the word with a sound effect (rather than a traditional bleep). Only until later do they find out what the word means, and that grown-ups can sometimes be irresponsible with their dialogue. And can anyone recall this statement I mad earlier? And JAM---you thought Porky saying the b-word was terrible, get a load of this: Before Bugs, before Daffy, and before Porky, there was Bosko, the Talk-Ink Kid. He was a WB cartoon star in the early 1930's. There is a moment in Bosko's Picture Show (1933), when a Simon Legree-type villain walks onto the movie screen. An angry Bosko points to the screen and utters "Why that dirty f**k!" This was about two years before the Hays Code went into effect. Well, here is a link with a clip to prove it!

I remember seeing an episode of House of Mouse where there was a Goofy cartoon on how to ride your bike. The narrotor says "First you must mount the bike" Then Goofy goes "I ain't doing that here!" Weird. I wonder if its suppose to be something like "thug" or "punk" that just came out wrong.

Weird. I wonder if its suppose to be something like "thug" or "punk" that just came out wrong. You may be right, since the primitive optical film-sound recorders of the early 1930's had a limited frequency response (about 100 Hz-10,000 Hz) compared to the wide range of frequencies that can be reproduced today (up to 44,100 Hz!). This short appears in the Looney Tunes Golden Collection Volume 6 DVD box set, and the line was subtitled "...dirty fox." Most WB cartoon buffs believe that IS the F-word while some are still unsure. It is just based on one's personal judgement. And as mentioned earlier, this was about two years before the Hays code banned profanity in movies until the modern rating system was introduced.
