A new Hoagie/Abby picture, eh? I see that Allie's trying a new style of drawing with her deviantART images. Call me a traditionalist, if you will, but for the moment, I'm having a sort of flashback, all the way to my initial planning for "Wallabee and Kuki". If I remember correctly, I had an idea to pit Hoagie and Fanny Montague against Heinrich and Abby Capulet, but due to Allie's suggestion, I ended up Hoagie and Abby Montague against Patton and Fanny Capulet. After a little more than a year of introducing international jihadism to the Kids Next Door as the main form of post-Grandfather adult tyranny -- especially given "Operation: A.P.O.C.A.L.Y.P.S.E.", "A Time for Truth, No Time for Shame", and "Reflections on American Independence Day" -- I might now safely opine that supporting Hoagie Gilligan and Abby Lincoln as a couple turned to be a far better choice for my basic assumption that I would have guessed immediately after entering this forum. The same would go for Patton Drilovsky and Fanny Fulbright, in their own way. In the end, I trust that freedom will shine brightly between and within all of these four kids, just as it will, might, and should with my other favorite couples in Codename: Kids Next Door.

(startled blinking) Huh? Oh, greetings, numbuh9494. I didn't think this thread was still... operational, so to speak. Of course, I'm still happy to ally with any remaining Hoagie/Abby shippers, estimating how these two calm and carefree kids might work as a couple. To think that I might have a more comprehensive view of Kids Next Door romance than Hoagie/Abby shippers of the past. Then again, that might just be me. For now, I'm thinking of a possible Kids Next Door cyberattack that Hoagie and Abby might be particularly interested in helping initiate, if to take whatever new enemy they're facing by surprise. Talk about a new adventure for Hoagie and Abby.

Aha. Well, if this thread fails to hold up, then perhaps I'll reorganize a thread for new Hoagie/Abby shippers in the future, or maybe we can even let Allie in on this task. Yes, I typically spend my time on the Courting Commanders thread, but I might take a more... comprehensive view of romance within this show. GoldenFlither might understand this pairing rather well, even if Nigel/Abby might be more serious to her. Hoagie/Abby may be a sillier and more "fun" couple, given how these two kids have been teasing Wally and Kuki about being a couple. The rest is history from there, I suppose.

Agreed. Someone really should make another one of these so people can see and actually post. Because I don't want this to die. I feel more at home on the KND forum than anywhere else, really.
