I wonder if Vince McMahan had chosen Jimmy Hart as the new GM of RAW?

That would be a good choice. Or maybe Bobby Heenan. That would rock. Right now, though, it seems they dropped the GM search altogether, and Vince is running Raw so he can feud with Michaels.
Welcome to the discussion.

Welcome to the chat faircod ;D. Jimmy Hart was one of my favorite managers ;D. Quote: "London is teaming with Brian "Spanky" Kendrick, who debuted 2 years ago, then left for Japan, and is now back in the WWE." I was watching Smackdown around the time Spanky joined (And Cena making fun of him ;D), so I remember him. I'll have to tune into Smackdown next week ;D. Glad to hear it's getting better (For awhile, who did they really have besides Angle, ya know. RAW's always had me hooked though ). quote: " And of course, there's Mr. Kennedy." Mr. Kennedy's a pretty good wrestler from what I've seen ;D. And he does kinda remind me of the Rock personality wise (Saw him on Smackdown around the time of Christian's lat match). Heard Ken was a pretty cool guy too . Quote: "Advantages of Raw: -The WWE, IC, and World Tag Titles are the "true" lineages of the WWWF/WWF/WWE, and better represent the history of the company. -Vince McMahon is an on-screen character, harkening back to the days of the Corporation. -Because it's on cable rather than a network, they can get away with more blood, some sexually suggestive storylines, and other things characteristic of wrestling's Second Golden Age. -The Women's Division. -Better announce team (I hate Michael Cole so much). -Rob...Van...Dam. -More gimmick matches. You are more apt to see cage, ladder, and ECW-style matches on Raw." Rob Van Dam is awesome and glad he's back from his injury. I like when Vince comes on. Curious what he and Shane o Mac's gonna do with the HBK retirement party and what HBK will end up doing to them eventually ;D. Yep, wrestling's gotta have blood (Although they didn't really bleed in the 80s, but at least they somtimes do now). Who do think are the best bleeders? I'd say Flair (That man can bleed) and HHH (There was a pay per view awhile ago where he got hit in the head with a barbed wire bat. He was fine til he sat up and it was gushing down his face ;D. Don't remember which pay per view it was). I'm still waiting (But doubt it will happen) for WWE to have a barbed wire match. I can imagine how many would order a pay per view to see that (Although is there anyone stupid enough to do so ). Thought I'd add a pic ;D. This was taken at a live event I went to in 2004. A bloody Flair (He's the one kneeling). Sorry it's hard to see. I have troubles enlarging things.

Best bleeders? Hmmm, Flair's definitely got to be at the top of the list. Anyone who was ever in ECW...Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, Sabu, Foley, Terry Funk. Abdullah the Butcher is a hardcore legend. Raven can bleed with the best of them.

Finally, I can talk about TNA.
You see, Jeff Jarrett is challenging Christian Cage in a world heavyweight championship on Against All Odds.
Jeff Jarrett is the most heel wrestler ever in TNA. I've seen his matches a lot. Good thing, the Dudley Boyz were in there. 3D, baby, 3D. They're going to challenge Team Canada on Sunday Night, but tonight, they're against The Diamonds in The Rough.
I'm going to watch it.

TNA has definitely improved a lot from when it first came on. Methinks it's more than a coincidence that it came once Vince Russo left. Still, it has a long way to go before it can challenge the WWE.
I definitely hope Christian takes the NWA title off Jarrett. He obviously deserves a major title, which he never got under the E, and I think the fans are also just tired of Jarrett. I liked him as an IC champion in the WWF, and he had some good matches with Booker T in the last days of WCW, but he always seemed like more of a midcarder to me. Maybe Samoa Joe will move up and main event against Christian. Just not Abyss or Monty Brown. Anyway, the additions of Rhino, Christian, and just recently Sting (it sounds like his "retirement" will not be the last we see of him), there are some talented names out there who can make it really entertaining.
TNA's strength is obviously in the X Division. Lots of uber talented wrestlers like AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Chris Sabin, Sonjay Dutt, and AJ Styles. Also, aren't Sabin and Dutt facing someone for the #1 contenders against AMW tonight? The only thing is, with these spotfests, they sometimes jump from move to move without really taking time to sell it. Otherwise, we get to see some awesome highspots that the WWE otherwise wouldn't allow under their "safe" style.
TNA should really tour more. I think part of what killed ECW was holding all their matches out of a tiny arena in Philadelphia, and not exposing themselves to the rest of the country or large crowds. It's still in the process of growing, but I would like to ultimately see it as a viable alternative to WWE to give guys who can't make it there a place to go, and also give McMahon some competition and the incentive to continually put out a quality product.
Is anyone familiar with Ring of Honor? They basically took over ECW's old territory and focus almost entirely on workrate. I'd like to see them maybe get a national TV deal and some more exposure.

I'm watching it right now and Christian just got done talking (drooool ). Anyways, I think Jeff Jarrett is too built up . TNA has some real talent (AJ Stlyes for instance ;D). Team 3D is on.

Good news: Bret Hart has accepted a WWE Hall of Fame induction. He probably won't be involved in Wrestlemania itself, but he can finally go out on top with the company. This is a major step in legitimizing the HOF. I'm betting Jim Neidhart inducts him. Eddie Guerrero's also going in this year too.
Others I would like to see inducted this year are:
Owen Hart (if there's ever a time, this is it) Ted DiBiase Bruno Sammartino (he refuses every year, but they just have to keep making the offer) Bob Backlund Rick Steamboat Randy Savage Jake The Snake Roberts Dusty Rhodes Joining Pete Rose in the Celebrity Wing: Mr. T Cyndi Lauper And they should start inducting tag teams as well: The British Bulldogs The Hart Foundation

I can't remember Russo quit or was fired, but he was basically doing nothing for the company, and ratings were in the toilet, just like how his idiocy killed WCW for good. He also had a reputation for burning bridges with wrestlers, as he was known to make WCW completely political backstage. I believe he left sometime in 2004. TNA still struggled for a long time, and any time AJ Styles was not on the screen, the product was pretty bad. Now they have a lot more to work with, and the X Division is certainly unique (they also largely corrected the problem of lack of selling and ring psychology that plauged it). Christian is now the TNA Champ! Woohoo! It's still only about as valuable as the US Title, but hey, he wasn't even getting a shot at that over in the E anyway.
Dusty Rhodes has been confirmed to be inducted into the HOF this year alongside Bret and Eddie.
Oh, and Bret? Truly the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.

Hate to double post, but...Hell yes! Jannetty's back again!!! ;D Great job on giving him another chance. Now let's make things right and give the Rockers that tag run they never got. I just wish Marty still had his Rockers mullet. The poor guys in my apartment must think I'm really weird as they must have heard me chanting "Marty! Marty!" all the way from down the hall.
Speaking of impressive, the Spirit Squad looked real good tonight.

I got it on tape and gonna watch it tomorrow, so I'll comment about it after watching it (At least the dog show isn't on this week ;D). All I saw after I got home was HHH and Cena looking towards him (Mondays can get busy, ya know ). Jennetty? Cool! ;D Anyways, for Wresltemania, my bro found out that there is gonna be a Wrestlemania breakfast (Forgot exactly where) and some of the wrestlers will be there and of course the hall of fame induction ceremony, so we gotta figure out which we're going to and get tickets ;D.

It may be tough for either, but I'd go with the HOF ceremony. Especially since Bret's going in this year, and it may be the last time WWE fans may ever see him (aside from conventions, etc.). It's at the Rosemont Theater.
You from around Chicago?

I don't live in Chicago. This be my 1st one in person (My bro tried to go before to others and failed to get tickets). So exciting! (I though I mentioned it before, but I looked at my other posts and I guess I didn't). (Party in Chicago!!! ;D). Have you ever been to one?
