Whoa. This episode, the REAL Season 2 finale, was cool, just as good as Grow-Up if not better. I think you guys are right about Chad not wanting to leave so badly that he got desperate and turned bad. We can thank the "You turned 13? IMMEDIATE DECOMMISSION!!!" thing for that, as Juigo said before. It's quite sad indeed.
So you can be recommissioned and have your memories back? That's good, that might possibly be good fanfic-fodder; heck, the entire episide is fanfic-fodder! But hey, since memories can be restored, you know what that means... Numbuh Four might remember that Numbuh Eighty-Six has a crush on him! Uh-oh.
I do have some nitpicks though.
1. We still do not know why Cree hates the Kids Next Door so much and wants to fight it even though she used to be part of it. Could possibly a similar situation happened to her as it did with Chad?
2. I thought Father and/or the Delightful Children would appear, too.
3. Seems we get to see the "float-Moonbase-to-the-Sun" plan anyway, thanks to Chad. Cree's own plan to do that was screwed from the start since she drained from a doll instead of the real Numbuh Five. (Op: SUPPORT)
4. How did Numbuh Five and One discover Cree was with the Delightfuls? (again, Op: SUPPORT)
5. I kinda expected Numbuh 362 to appear. Being the head honcho of the KND (at least, that's what I think). Or, if she's not, I kinda expected the head honcho himself/herself to appear. Or maybe Numbuh 274 WAS the big boss if that "I've been running this place for so long!" means anything.
By the way, you guys CAN catch the credits WITHOUT the shrinkage. I don't know if you guys will be awake to see this, but it repeats Saturday at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. And then again Sunday at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Do not miss them!
EDIT: I forgot to add, Cree apparently remembers being Numbuh Eleven of the KND. I thought you'd be decommisioned when you turn 13... Same question from #1 may apply here.

I made the journal entry on April 10 as I said before, and I live in the US so I only saw the episode just tonight. But yeah, we had a "power corrupts" scenario. Hell, it has hit various places in the Fire Emblem series. (Trust me: you do NOT want to do something that would encourage possible corruption and thus ultimately put you on the business end of a legendary weapon/tome attack fairly early, even if you have your own legendary weapon/tome.)
From one of the things Chad said, the KND is a BIG organization, so it "couldn't run itself" as Chad said. Isn't it a coincidence that most of the corrupted reigons in the FE series are big. (In fact, in FE3, the only reigons that don't (to my knowledge) have/get corrupt leadership are Talis and Narga. The former is a small island kingdom and the latter is consisting of kind Mamkutes that would have to put up with bias in most other reigons. No, Khadain doesn't count for certain reasons.)
Too bad Chad couldn't just find an appropriate heir to take over for him and continue his legacy long after his own decommisioning. But then again, we might see that in a Season 3 episode.....
BTW, NumbuhInfinity, you meant Juigi, with an I, not an O.
Edit: I just realized something. Mega Mom and Destructo Dad made a surprise party for Chad, which Chad did NOT want. And THEY sent the invitations. Not that I would find less fault with Chad, but I'm saying this: DOWN WITH MEGA MOM AND DESTRUCTO DAD! I hope they're happy with what they did now!

They're probably very happy with sending invitations out for 274's... eh... Chad's birthday -- now he's on *their* side. It's a family affair! Oooh, *random fanfic ish ramblings* Maybe they knew he'd get decommissioned if they sent the invitations to KND members! Maybe Chad's parents were trying to turn him evil all along!
Yeah. Not that it really matters.
I think that Cree remembers being Numbah 11 due to the same reasons that Chad will remember being 274... maybe she ALSO tried to change her age and stay longer, only to be found out. And then she escaped before she could be decommissioned. ^^ My theory is that we'll find out the details of Cree's KND years in Season Three, and that she was also a very important member of the KND in her time.
As for the little detail of Numbah 1 growing up in GROW-UP, my theory to that is that since the computers still said he was ten, #86 wasn't told to decommission him. KND IHQ probably didn't even realize he had turned into an adult, seeing as it wasn't a natural ageing... thing.
Here's a theory (although I doubt it to be true): Cree *was* decommissioned, and her memory erased, but #86 re-commissioned her for whatever reason. Or maybe the last head of decommissioning, because 86 is probably too young to have been around to decommission Cree. There's my crazy theory...!
I'm liking KND more and more, because we now have agents in all four catagories: Nice and Good (1-5), Mean and Good (86), Neutral and Good (uh... the random KND members), and Evil (274). XD Don't know why I like it, but like it I do.
Speaking of random KND members... where WAS everyone? The Moonbase is supposed to be the main hub for the KND, but there were only 12 or so agents on it throughout END... 1-5, 86 and her underlings, and 274. o.o
I was a little confused by the hole-in-the-wall-but-they-can-still-breath thing too, but this is a cartoon and I suppose the target audience (which is a lot younger then all of us) wouldn't know enough science to realize why this doesn't work. Like Three's gravity-defying dress in BEACH!
And here ends Parron's ramblings of rambleness~!

Like Three's gravity-defying dress in BEACH! well, the only rooms they really showed were the decommissioning area (which wouldn't have anyone but 86 + her troops) and 274's own office. don't know why they wouldn't have shown everyone else panicing, but maybe no one else realized..? as far as the whole lack of oxygen thing, it's a defiance of science along the the lines of "falling into the sun". the moon has *some* gravity, so it wouldn't immediately float off. plus, if it was going to float into anything, it'd be the earth, as the earth is much closer.

More action, some drama, less humor.
Op: END That's the best episode of season 2. This is the season finale. Now it's time to move on to season 3 starting June 11th. You know Chad should have leave the KND instead of being decommissioned but now he betrayed us.
Happy 13th birthday, you *bleeps* poser! -- this is for Chad.
My favorite quote: You just did. You make me angry! --Nigel Uno My favorite part: N/A
Pictures taken: Most of the membuhs of KND Organization.
Stupid Fridays cut the credits! I gotta know what happened after the mission.
One more thing, there's an academy in Antarctica? Man that's really cold to train there. Well I'm already signed up for the KND. Thanks to the other KND membuhs. Thanks everyone!
Score: 10/10
EDIT: Heh, forgot the score. So there it is.

This episode was my 2nd favorite for season 2 (BEACH is still my #1 . I agree with what Tako said, sorry for being picky about it, but some of the scenes didn't make sense. But its a cartoon so yeah.... Anyways it was a pretty sad episode, yet it had its funny moments. Especially when 2-5 couldn't remember there numbuhs and yeah Numbuh 3 was kinda grumpy, but I would be too if I was at a strange place and didn't know what the heck was going on. I never really liked Numbuh 274, though it was still sad to see him have to throw away 5 years just because of a stupid rule. All in all I give this episode a 9/10.

I finally saw END but I'm alittle confused on a few things, maybe you guys can help me out here Okay so when your Decommissioned you get brainwashed. So how come they didn't know who Nigel Uno was, not Numbuh One. I thought they were friends long before joining the KND. And yes that is quite sad that they do that. No ownder so many like Numbuh Two Zero Six escaped before decommissioning. Who would want their memories taken away in the first place? I didn't think that Chad would trun bad. I'm hoping after being around Cree for awhile that he'll change. I look foward to the next season too see who will replace Numbuh Two Seventy-Four. I also would like to see how Tommy does at the academy ;D Who knows, he might just drive Eighty-Six crazy, unless she's already their

Okay so when your Decommissioned you get brainwashed. So how come they didn't know who Nigel Uno was, not Numbuh One. I thought they were friends long before joining the KND. I guess they didn't know each other previously, but they were in the organization together for long enough that they became really close... or something like that. As for the little detail of Numbah 1 growing up in GROW-UP, my theory to that is that since the computers still said he was ten, #86 wasn't told to decommission him. KND IHQ probably didn't even realize he had turned into an adult, seeing as it wasn't a natural ageing... thing. Hm... that's a possible explanation, but my personal one is that the whole decommissioning department didn't exist back then. I think that maybe they called in certain team leaders to decommission a teenager and then it was a simple process of revoking their KND status. So basically, they had a decommissioning squads, but they weren't organized or specialized, and they had a decommissioning process, but it wasn't as severe. Not as likely I guess, but it explains why Numbuh 86 was unheard of in Season 1. But it still is kind of annoying how they present this new idea of memory-swiping. I can understand using it for high-ranking operatives that know too many secrets (like 274), but using it for normal operatives seems kind of unnecessary. I didn't think that Chad would trun bad. I'm hoping after being around Cree for awhile that he'll change. T_T I'm really hoping for that too. It breaks my heart to see--Oh wait! *goes into a laboratory for a long time and finally comes out holding something* Ehehehe... *pulls out an age cigar and zaps #274 into a kid again* Mwahahahahaha! Well, I wish I could do that.

There has to be SOME reason for memory-wiping on normal members. I mean, wiping away all memories of being a KND AND your past adventures with your friends? That does seem too severe. Me thinks something bad must have happened a long time ago and paranoid leaders of the past decided to use the memory-wiping method for now on. I dunno.
By the way, Cree seemed all too quick to let Chad join her, if you ask me...

;D Maybe Chad and Cree teamed up so easily *because* they used to know eachother!!! And, and... Chad used to be the head of decommissioning before 86! And he recommissioned Cree! I like making odd theories...
