I just watched it, It ROCKED! So many twists, I'm not telling all of them because that would be giving to much away.
As most of you should know Nigel gets dicomissoned because he is mistaken for a 13-year old, So do Numbuh's 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Nigel asks Tommy to help him with the 2x4 tech, but refuses to help unless he is going to be permenent Numbuh T, After Nigel tells him that Numbuh T isn't even a Number he starts kicking and screaming, demanding to be that Numbuh so Nigel gives in.
Haogie, Kuki, Wally and Abby get brain-washed, which happens when they get dicomissoned. So they don't remeber anything about the KND, and they think Nigel is insane. It's pretty funny.
The rest would give away the whole thing so here are some nit-picks:
Numbuh 86 has a crush on Wally
At the bigging Nigel is fishing with his dad again
Tommy becomes Numbuh T ^^;
Surprizingly the DCFDTL aren't in this eppy
The treehouse gets taken away
Nigel wears an Elvis suit
Kuki flirts with Wally
