Okay, people. The episode premeres (sp?) tomorrow night. When somebody posts a new topic for this episode with the REAL spoilers, I'll C&P the post I made on my journal from awhile ago involving said spoilers.
BTW, a general tip in life: it's wise to try to be prepared for the worst. There are plenty of jerks out there.

There really is no need for a new topic.

The ESTers will find out what will happen within a few hours. In the meantime, I'll be going to see Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban before long.
I trust I haven't managed to allow somebody who hasn't read the major spoilers to guess what exactly will happen yet?

You spoiled the episode 20 minutes early for PST and MST people. Not that it matters now, since the episode has already played out. Now for the journal entry with the spoilers, since it was spoiled anyway. (Be aware that I posted the entry on April 10, after learning about the episode on TVTome while searching for Wally/Kuki stuff. Yes, I've been shipping it the whole time I was here, and probably started to do so around the end of Season 1.) Note that I turned out right in various paragraphs but wrong in certain other ones. "Before I start, I will warn you that if you link to this post directly WITHOUT spoiler warnings, I will delete then repost this entire message ASAP. There could be anybody who would read this but hasn't seen any info on the episode "Operation: END." Since that's the REAL season finale (rather than "Operation: SPACE"), not giving warnings about spoilers may leave the people who actually enjoy the show pissed. "Anyway, this is about the KND member whose real name is Chad. You know him as Numbuh 274, the greatest KND operative. He trounced the Grownup Gorrila Gang single-handedly, and also took down Mega Mom and Destructo Dad for stupefying the rest of the KND. His autographs cost $1 apiece, which we find out thanks to Wallabee, who wanted his autograph. (I'm calling the normal KND members by their first names; I don't like using the KND's spelling of the word "number" even though I know it is intentional. It seems too much like street talk for me to use it more than needed.) "In "Operation: END" we'll discover Chad tries to get Nigel, Hoagie, Kuki, Wallabee, and Abigail decommisioned to keep anybody from finding out that he is turning 13. (Why them in particular though? We will find out when the episode airs.) When this is discovered, though, Chad has the moon base shot into the sun, but that is also stopped thanks to Tommy (who becomes a KND member). Then Chad is busted out by Cree and he becomes a sworn enemy of the KND. "Okay. Now at this point, you may think that Chad has been spying on the KND for the adults the whole time. There are already TWO flaws with this theory, however: "1) In "Operation: CHAD" the WHOLE KND in the entire world, except for Chad, got neutralized. If Chad's real role was supposed to be helping to take down the KND, then why did he go through the trouble of getting his parents, the same two people who neutralized the KND, to un-stupefy the whole KND? "2) In "Operation: SUPPORT" Cree was sent to probe Abigail's mind so that they would have the access codes for the moon base to send it straight into the sun. But wait! Chad would have those access codes. That means that Chad, providing he was with the adults, would be somebody who could strike the KND from the inside. And since Chad was obviously adept, wasn't he able to have had the moon base destroyed before if he wanted? "My conclusion is that Chad is probably a victim of a cheap rule declaring that KND members that turn 13 have to be decommisioned immediately. As I was thinking about his betrayal, I thought about something Nigel said in "Operation: GROW-UP": ""Some of them won't leave without a fight." "And when I think about it, Chad must be rather kind to his fellow teammates. It sure as hell wouldn't surprise me if Chad gets hesitant every now and then about attacking whenever he fights KND members, despite the fact that, post-betrayal, he'll probably have a Threat Rating close to the DCFDTL's (which is 10.7 ). But we'll have to wait until June 4, when the episode airs, to confirm anything about this."

Well, as for me, Mushi/274 is still my favorite Chad pairing... but 274/Cree is getting up there. ^^
But gosh that was a great episode! Numbah 86 was uncharacteristicly nice towards the end... I guess she's just really really devoted to her job. Also, Chad mentioned he had been in the KND for 5 years... meaning that you join when you're seven. (12 - 5 = 7) Making Tommy just the right age!
I actually think this might have been my favorite episode of season two. Actually, it is my favorite. So there! (Now, to get Mushi again...)

Are you sure Chad was actually 7 when he joined the KND? Although my memory didn't manage to properly register the WHOLE conversation where Chad was revealing about his plan, so I may be wrong when I think Chad had falsified his own age.
Oh yeah. I just realized. Memory-erased!Wally had little problem KOing Chad once he got in Chad's pod. I was sure his Threat Rating would end up being high, but I guess it will only exist because of him probably still having KND secrets.

Wow... just as good as Grow-up. really nice and exciting and full or great quotes.
Now I see many of you are making theories on why Chad turned bad. His explaination was good enough for me. He just didn't want to leave. 5 years with the KND, being the best, being able to hold everything up at moonbase single handedly, who would want to give up that experience? Or that power? Ultimately his want to stay with the KND evolved into a "power corrupts" senario.
Here's to next week!
oh yeah, i'm pissed they reduced the size of the credits.
that and Yes, I'm on the Chad/Cree bandwagon too.

Also, Chad mentioned he had been in the KND for 5 years... meaning that you join when you're seven. (12 - 5 = 7) Making Tommy just the right age! Actually, Chad was closer to 13 than 12, and assuming that he meant that he had been in the KND for very close to five years, that would make him about 8 when he joined. Anywho, here's what I have to say. I'll go against what everyone else said and say that A) E.N.D. was definitely not my favorite episode of season 2, and B) I don't support Chad/Cree. Yep, I can see it happening, but I just don't like it. And E.N.D. wasn't my favorite because it was sad and it didn't make a lot of sense. Let me be nit-picky for a few minutes. 1. Okay, now you have to get your memory swiped when you become too old for the KND? Okay... Then what the heck happened with Numbuh 1 in Op. GROW-UP? He should've had his memory cleared or then he could have given the grown-ups valuable information. 2. When Numbuh 4 broke into the space shuttle that Chad and Tommy were in, um... wouldn't all the air go out and wouldn't Chad and Tommy die? 3. Memory-erased!Numbuh 3 was just weird. I mean, once she lost her KND memories, she became grumpy. That was odd. 4. Memory-erased!Numbuh 2 means that he also lost his calculating abilities? Or even worse, his calculating abilities were still there, but he lost the ability to register them? How odd. 5. At the end, Numbuh 5 said that she thought the organization was crazy, but she would join because she didn't have anything better to do. Basically, the other members shared the same view. But wouldn't the memory-wiping give the KND their pre-KND mentality? (Which I assume would be that of rebellious kids who dreamed of the existence of a KND organization. It might've been different if they were memory-wiped teenagers, but they weren't.) And E.N.D. was sad because Numbuh 274 growed up. To its credit, though, I must say that the plot was good, there were lots of good quotes, and many parts of it were funny, but after Numbuhs 2-5 got brainwashed, the only funny thing they said was that part when Numbuh 1 told Numbuh 5 to tell her plan and there was a long pause and then she said, "Huh? Oh, I'm Numbuh 5! Right?" I must say, though, that I'm relieved that 86/274 wasn't completely killed. You might disagree with me, but just look at Numbuh 86's expression when Numbuh 1 explains Numbuh 274's plan. But, well, that might just be the fanciful imaginings of a weird 86/274 fan. By the way, my theory about 274 turning evil: I think he loved being in the KND so much that he didn't want to give it up, and in the process, he began doing more and more questionable behavior, such as messing with his age, until he became evil. Or something like that.
