I'm going to miss this show SO much it's not even funny. I think I've cried on the inside.
I hope there are movies/specials coming in the future, hopefully, maybe in movies or straight to DVDS.
I think the special should've been 90 minutes or maybe even two hours.
Cree should've appeared, Maurice, Numbuh 86...

Numbuh 86 was on there. She was fighting the Cheese Samaurai. And I think they devoted enough screen time to all the characters already, though some more of the ones with close ties to the operatives would've been nice.
More episodes would've been nice, but I don't think we're going to get any. The good news is, though, that we have tons of info for fanfics now.

A lot of chars should have appeared, and; although I hope this may change, Mr. W says it was time to finish the show and that KND got a lot more than some shows on CN can hope for.

Actually, the tests that I was talking about wasn't the scavenger hunt, well, it was a part of it, but the tests from way back during the events of WHITEHOUSE. Those series of tests were the reason why Nigel got picked up.

Were there more tests besides WHITEHOUSE and INTERVIEWS? I don't remember... I mean, GIRLFRIEND wasn't exactly a test

Well, the Mushi returning thing is an inference. She obviously returned at some point before the hunt began.
We know Cree is obsessed with destroying the KND, so she WOULD have done anything to stop Abby's decommissioning. Abby followed through, somehow, so Cree MUST have been defeated.
Yes, Nigel's parents are at least over 40, meaning they were kids in the 60's. We know the Moonbase was built before 1969, so Monty COULD have been the one who put it there in the first place (c. 1965, perhaps). Or perhaps the 7th age started in 63 or 64, but they needed enough time to build up 2x4 tech to go to the Moon.

Okay, now it's all finished and done, how did the ratings fare?
Oh yeah, another thing, I heard there's a rerun of the finale on this Friday in the US, so for anyone who hasn't caught it yet or wants to have a better quality of your recording, check your local schedules.

As far as I know, KND is one of the 3 CN shows that made it to it's 6th season, let alone get a proper finale. But really I think all we can hope for is a spinoff, which would still be great. Still, a whole lot of characters did make an appearance of some sort. I guess whatever happens to the other characters will all come down to fanfiction and fan comics. I still think that some parts of the series were left open-ended just because it would be somewhere for fandom to continue.

I mean, GIRLFRIEND wasn't exactly a test I think it is in a way. It was a test to see where Nigel's priorities lie: With Lizzie or with the Kids Next Door?

Well it was actually Lizzie who broke up with Nigel. However, I see what you mean, as I suppose Nigel could have possibly given up the KND to be with Lizzie. Or maybe the operatives sending him to Galactic KND just felt threatened about how strongwilled Lizzie tends to be, and was worried that she would find out about the Galactic KND on the day of Nigel's departure and wouldn't let him go. I know this topic has been briefly discussed, but I wonder what would have happened if they were testing him during Operation BUTT?

I think he wouldn't have been chosen, which means Sector V would still stay Sector V...which means no Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S., which means the show would have ended in a cheesy hour-long episode! (Screams)
(Stops) Or would it?

What I meant about GIRLFIRIEND is that, by what was said in the end, what the KND were hoping to have is Nigel and Lizzie breaking up because Nigel had already passed the test on WHITEHOUSE; the only thing that stopped them from taking him away was his girfriend but if she broke up with him then she wouldn't return and there would be no trouble for the GKND and their plans.

She's gotten involved in KND stuff before. Oh.. that'd be a heckuva mess. Might work if they just treated her like a recruit, since I doubt they'd swing by Earth after getting 20 thousand lightyears away just to drop her off.
