Besides, Adult Swim has other not-so-terrible shows like Inu Yasha- which could totally be shown duing normal hours. That's true about some episodes. But they'd have to make cuts to the already-edited Adult Swim version if they wanted to show some of the episodes (some are rated TV-14). InuYasha as a series, at least in comparision to the other shows they show during "normal hours", definitely wouldn't belong there. Unless, like I said, they made some cuts. Yeah, and I think Johnny the Homicidal Maniac's quality went down BECAUSE of the excessive violence. But at least there it seemed to seem "normal". I personally greatly preferred Squee, because I felt it was more funny and it had less of all that violence. I'm not saying I hate violence, I just feel that when they add unnecessary graphic violence, it seems to me the quality goes down. Sometimes. At any rate I've never seen a show's quality go up because of violence. But hey, I'm one of the few that feels that way.

I like Squee more, too! JtHM had more of a storyline (I love the Heaven sequence) but I prefer the random stories of Squee. I, too, liked Squee better as a main character. Sure, Johnny was more original and, it has been argued, more interesting, but I just like Squee best. There's something charming about him, yes? His life is awful - his parents hate him, he always has horrible nightmares, creepy stuff happens to him, Shmee is a bad-stuff sponge, his only "friend" is the son of Satan (I love Pepito!), etc. - but he just passively accepts it all and continues being a sweet, innocent kid. And come on, he's cute. Quote time!! Pepito: Stand back, amigo! This is a job for the anti-christ! Jhonen: For this scene, Jorge "Squashy" Gonzalez, the midget who plays Pepito, consumed 49 packs of Pop Rocks. Pepito: *blows up the school* Squee: I DON'T WANT TO EAT THE TOASTY SOULS OF THE DAMNED! Pepito: What? I want none of this soul-toast. I thought we were having stove top. Alien: We have peanuts! .....I want a Squee plushie. XD
