part 3 "the awakened"

entry 3
more than a year has passed, and progress is going smoothly. every test run with the subjest have gone fairly well, except for the one this morning, when one of the subjects went out of control. though they have managed to put her back into hybernative state, her screams still hauts me.....

the scientists watched as they completed that days assigment.
"good, another test run went well" one said, jotting down notes
he didnt notice the sudden change come over the smaller girl.
deep terror suddenly came into her sky blue eyes, ehich had been cold and blank just a few moments ago. she started shaking
"M-mummy...!" she whimpered ".....h-help....."
"oh dear....." the scientist groaned
the girl backed away feafully 'W-who are you?! Where am I?! Whats happening to me?! I wanna go home!!!"
the scientist pulled out a walkie talkie "weve got a situation here..... yeah the fat one has woken up.... we need backup...."
the girl fell to the floor holding her knees, eyes shtu tight as the memories of that terrible night
"daddy...wheres Mummy?... what do you mean shes gone? ........daddy whaats wrong....why are you looking at me like that....." she whimpered
several more scientists rushed in as she started screaming and shaking even harder
"DADDY WHATRE YOU DOING?! STOP!!!! HELP ME MUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
as the scientists grabbed her, her words were lost in screams of terror
trying to hold her still, one pulled out a needle and injected her with something
a shudder ran though her, and she fell still ".......mummy........." she gave one last whisper
"get her back in the tank quickly...."
they nodded and picked her up
