Why does wally like kuki?

Everyone is talking about how cute the couple is, or how anoying it has become but I haven't seen anything that remotely fills this gap in me... WHY THE HECK DOES HE LIKE HER!!!

I know that he does ( that is blantly obvious) but of the reason behind his crush mystify me to no end...

though i have a vague idea... a really vague idea as to why..

1. I guess cause she is a different person than him, u know that whole opposite attract junk..

2. she completes him?? lol

um.. well as kids they seem to get along really well and actually enjoy playing with one another, my theory is that wally represents the whole male machismo thing seen in little boys ; ignorant, naive, but full of energy and kuki represents the sweetness and innoncence of youth; caring, also naive, and friendly (in her case i would say really friendly)
in other words wally is ur typical rough kid and kuki is ur typical little girl, in a sense they balance eachother out..

maybe thats it.. but i am still confused lol

i guess wally likes kuki because she's pretty and makes him happy and we all know a kid like wally can use some happiness in his life. that and shes always they're for him.

Because he needed to hava a crush on someone to make him a more interesting character instead of the boring stereotypical 'brainless tough guy with no personality' character found in most cartoons. Plus Kuki's personality makes things funnier. I'm not sure that there's an actual reason.

The reason Why Wally likes Kuki is only because she's PRETTY.

She's there for him? Not all the time. Was she there for him when the giant rainbow Monkey got Wally? No. Was she there for him when he sunk in the couch in C.O.U.C.H? No. She didn't seem to care why Wally lefted or what might've happened. Was she there for him when he was stuck on that island? No. Was she there for him in M.A.T.A.T.O.R? No. She was there for MR. HUGGIKINS not Wally in C.A.T.S. There was a few episodes like F.U.T.U.R.E and O.F.F.I.C.E where she DID manage to help him but I seem MORE eppys where she wasn't there for Wally then eppys otherwise.

She makes Wally happy??? Yeah, only because she's pretty but other then that, she unintentionally just makes him MORE miserable. He wasn't happy when he went to the Rainbow Monkey Movie. He wasn't happy when he was in the rainbow monkey room in O.F.F.I.C.E. He wasn't happy with the hamsters like Kuki is. He wasn't happy with her butterfly costume. He wasn't happy with her stuff toys. He wasn't being in Rainbow Monkey Land even if it meant being with KUKI. He wasn't happy with her cutesy shows and he wasn't happy with the cutesy song in L.O.V.E. He likes her cause she's pretty but HATES alot of everything else that she likes. If you actually believe shallowness is the solution to happiness, I feel sorry for you.

Geez, people get a clue. Even I knew since season ONE that he feel in love with her cause she's lovely, I just thought he would've liked her for WHO SHE IS sooner or later in the series but so far he HASN'T INPROVE his crush on her. He still MOCKS at the stuff she likes, when he DOES try to make her feel better he either quits or make it worse. I don't think Kuki hates Wally but I think she HATES his guts. He still has YET to prove that he likes her for WHO she is rather then just for being a babe. She the "chick" of the group. The "Jessica Rabbit" in the KND show. The 'Hello Nurse' to the 'Anamaniacs'(Not that I like that BLASTED Mary Sue). 4 doesn't CARE about her personality. He doesn't care that she likes Rainbow Monkeys. He doesn't care that that she likes peace and love. He doesn't care that she likes hamsters and he DIDN'T console or CARE that she was balling her eyes over the of one of the hamsters that she loves. He TRIED to care about the song she wanted to sing but DIDN'T care to keep on going. ALL he cares about is that she looks hot. Look at all of the other girly girls in O.F.F.I.C.E. They PLAIN LOOKING compared to Kuki who's pretty and he treated them like TRASH while he tries to spare Kuki. Kuki has the SAME personality as all the other girly girls. If she wasn't pretty Wally may have LEFTED her to go to pluto with the other girls. Plus Wally MAKES fun and INSULTS Kuki just like he does with the plain looking girly girls. The only difference is that he's SHALLOW and only likes Kuki for her Beauty. Hell, if Kuki was a nasty brat, he STILL would've had a crush on her for her looks. He doesn't care that she's a sweet, kind, selfless girl. If she was plain like the other girly girls form O.F.F.I.C.E, Wally would've just HATED Kuki and somehow would've gotten her KICKED OUT of his sector so that he's have one less "cruddy girly girl" to deal with. He knows better then to fall for VILLAINS though. He only likes Mrs. Thompson for her LOOKS but he doesn't know she's a were dog against the kids yet. If the pretty girl was a nasty brat his age but not an evil villain he has to fight with, he'd still be SHALLOW and only likes her for her looks. That doesn't mean he's shallow with EVERYONE he falls in love with. Depending on the personality of the siren. For example Numbuh1(for those not comfortable, you can just pretend 1's a girl.) Wally would LIKED "her" for "her" personality rather then just looks cause they get along better. Wally respects and obeys "her" most of the time and really cares for "her" just as 1 does for him plus Wally even CRIED twice when "she" left and when he thought something bad happened to "her" as I NEVER seen Wally cry once for Kuki or when he thought something bad happen to Kuki(another hint Wally only likes her for her looks). Kuki DOESN'T deserve someone like Wally. She deserve someone would'd love and care for her for WHO SHE IS not for her beauty or some trophy for Numbuh4!

good point sweetsourrose14 but u seemed to overlooke in operation pool .. when he was confronted with negative numbah 3.. who he obviously didn't care much for.. since hit her. She was after all a really nasty little bratty girl (after all she is her opposite) so if ur theory about wally is correct then he should have liked negative numbah 3 anyway right?? but he didn't cause she was a bratty evil little evil thing lol (as u may have noticed i didn't like her either she reminds me of that brat i have to babysit lol) ... maybe wally's in denial about the cutesy stuff lol

He may like her cause she's pretty but i think thats just the icing on the cake. U know how all little boys like little girls cause their pretty but in some weird way most of the time actually, they like eachother because they can stand eachother or because they are so different.. opposite attract that whole deal or because of something more ..

maybe she doens't feel as strongly for him, considering the amount of attention she has given him (which isnt' much) but then again their only 10.. and most 10 years old don't really expressed themselves in a loving matter, mainly cause of embarrashment from their peers..

though wally's intentions does seem to lean more to shallowness, i don't think thats the whole reason. If u think about it all little boys only start out liking someone cause their pretty but once they meet them they suddenly loose interest.. for obvious reasons, so of course it could have started out as a silly little crush and maybe it still is

only time will tell really as to the why's and how's of wally's mentality.. for now we can only speculate

The reason I always thought he like her was that Kuki can get very angry.
And I think that he likes it.

And that he's can be 'afraid' of her. He is a tough nut to crack.
And he knows she could take him on.

When you think about it, why DOES he like Kuki? I mean, don't get me wrong she's awesome, it's just that.... why would Wallabee, of all people, like her? She's definitely not his type. But there's obviously a reason why he does, and we need to get to the bottom of it. So here's my theory:

People that say Wally is shallow are really harsh. Sure, Kuki's pretty, and I'm sure that's part of the reason why he likes her. But it takes a lot more than looks to win someone over. But... obviously her fluffy personality doesn't appeal to him, either. So what is it? I have the answer to that...

They have a circle.

Okay, I know what you're all thinking, "WTF? Is Sammeh on something? She's saying weird stuff again. 0_0". But I'm gonna try my best to explain...

A "circle", or a "spark", if you will, is that extra thing the makes someone have a crush on another person. My friend told me about it once. She said that a friend of hers explained it to her. Granted, he was stoned at the time. But... whatever. It still makes sense, Goddammit! >O

When she first told me I was like, "WTF?" but it wasn't 'till I ended up really liking someone that I understood what she meant.

Anyway, I'm sure there's something about Kuki (besides her looks) that like Wally likes. We just haven't seen it yet.

i mean, it perplexes me that a tough kid like wally would be interested in kuki.. i mean he hates everything she likes so it has to be something other than her looks .. because frankly people just don't like other people for their looks for so long .. i mean their only ten..

his crush should have died out along time ago if it was just simply a crush...

maybe she does have that inner sparkle thats he's attracted too, it has happened to me too so i guess that could make sense..

okay so far we got

1. wally likes her cause she's pretty (being himself a little boy and little boys do this)

2. there something about her that he's attracted to

3. she's not as defenless as people make her seem (him being afraid of her when she's mad at him) she can be a bit violent lol

4. the whole crush is a plot device to make the characters more interesting or to just soften up wally tough guy image

5. there no real reason .. (BUT THERE HAS TO BE)

it would be me that he would like better because im like the girl version of him i take up karate 3 times a week and i go to the gym 2 times a week and i love fighting ;D;D;D

there has to be something about kuki we are not seeing, but then again she's not a hard person to understand. i mean shes cute, happy, and loving that's it ! but there has to be somting else.
