Even though school starts, Autumn (Or Fall, take your pick, I often say both seeing as I play MFoMT which uses Fall instead of Autumn) is my abseloute favourite season. Pandas, what's your favourite season? Also: Has anyone seen/heard Caramel Dansen? lostcontemplations.com/Auax/Caramel/Caramel.html (I decifered phonetic lyrics for it so I could sing along xD)

Which season do you think fits best with 3/4? As in, would they look better in a Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter theme?
Spring = Meadow, flowers, Kuki making daisy chains for Wally, etc... Summer = TEH BEACH! Autumn = Trees with pretty coloured leaves, playing with the fallen leaves, hiding in the leave, etc... Winter = SNOWING! And snowpersons!

Ah, Wally and Kuki. I must admit that I am quite struck by the nature of their interactions, as Fredos' "Kuki nudging Wally and giggling immediately after" demonstrates. I am actually not entirely certain what to think, but I can only assume a grim aura around my mind as I observe the stark contrast between Numbuhs Four and Three's relationship... and "The Anniversary" next Tuesday. (See my story in '1/362 Courting Commanders thread IX' for more information.) Then again, why not try imagining Kuki singing "God Bless the USA" to make all her friends feel better? No doubt Wally would be as thunderstruck as ever... or would his admiration for Kuki only grow if she actually did that?

That's great idea, c7angelocas12! I think, that Wally would confess her right after that! xD

A love confession by Wallabee Beetles to Kuki Sanban after the latter sings a song meant to uplift the human spirit after an attack that just might be evil enough to rival or even surpass Grandfather's global Senior Citizombification? Talk about a monumental moment. I can only wonder what other Panda Warriors would think of this scenario.

Uh ... I need a brain scan. >.< Sorry, I'm not used to reading long chunks of text full of long, complicated words. I can understand it, sure, but I just need to reread it a few times. xD Don't be offended or anything.

(smiling in pleasant bemusement) Leave it to Kuki to find some good out of any situation... however extraordinarily dire it is. I would not forget a performance by her of "God Bless the USA" to finally cheer all her friends up -- especially Nigel and Rachel -- after the enormous act of evil described in my story in the Courting Commanders thread... and I have a feeling Wally wouldn't, either. In fact, what if I actually made up a "sequel" of sorts to the story I began in the Courting Commanders thread, but this time, with Wally and Kuki in the foreground and Nigel and Rachel in the background... and Kuki doing exactly what I had in mind above? All that I seek to try to do is gauge how they would react to "The Anniversary" next Tuesday.

(sighing in defeat) Very well. I've considered Wally and Kuki to be a considerably more "happy-go-lucky" couple, but not too much of that. Perhaps autumn really does fit their colors well. As ever, I wonder whether attempting to gauge Wally and Kuki's reactions to "The Anniversary" this Tuesday is a good or very bad idea.

If I had to pick a season for them, it'd be Summer, due to Operation BEACH.

Lol, a foreign market was in my town today, and I immediately spent all my money on the sweet stall. When I was getting these gummy bears, the first time I got a green and orange one. YAY! Second time, i worked hard to get a green and orange one, because I kept getting two greens by accident. xD
And only about a week ago did I realised my old maths book had 3-4 on the front. D:

Actually, never mind that last sentence. I'll simply submit this preview of my little "side story" for Panda Warriors' consideration. Yes, I suppose Wally and Kuki would have fun simply playing in piles of fallen leaves in autumn, but the topic I have in mind is far more serious than that. So here we go, if only to give my creativity some boost to start with:
The fun-loving Japanese girl waited apparently thoughtfully outside the office of the Supreme Commander of the Kids Next Door, her normally carefree demeanor significantly diminished as she looked around her. Her four Sector V friends wore expressions of grim concern as they remembered Numbuh 362's haunting request over the Moonbase intercom several minutes ago:
"Attention, Kids Next Door Moonbase. Sector V operatives..." A long pause, followed by a barely discernible sigh of resignation. "Please report to my office immediately. 362 out."
The dismal tone in the Supreme Commander's voice was instantly clear to the girl's ears and mind, and if there was one thing that Kuki Sanban disliked seeing or hearing greatly -- other than insulted Rainbow Monkeys -- it was a friend who was upset about anything. The rumors and speculations had been spreading, and none of them were pretty.
"Hey, Kooks..." the short blonde boy next to her interrupted her train of thought. "Are you all right?"
Kuki looked down at Wally Beetles, the boy she had a crush on, her face now betraying a sort of fear. Sector V was her team, but they along with 362 were also her closest friends, and she was always concerned about them in her own way even now, "I don't know, Wally. Abby, what do you think was wrong with Numbuh 362 when she called us over the intercom?"
Abby, a.k.a. Numbuh Five, turned to Kuki from blankly facing the automatic door, the brim of her red cap covering her eyes, and shook her head. "Girl, Numbuh Five is as confused and clueless as you are."
Just then, the door to Numbuh 362's office opened, indicating to Sector V that she was ready to talk to them. They steadily filtered inside, the bald boy with sunglasses perched on his nose leading the way. Numbuh 362 was standing in front of a large window and staring at the revolving Earth, her arms tucked strictly behind her back.
"Numbuh 362? Rachie?" Kuki tentatively asked as her sector leader, Numbuh One, better known as Nigel Uno, began to smile at her use of that nickname... only to return to his previously sober demeanor. "What's wrong? Did you lose some...?"
Kuki didn't finish that last question, nor did she have to, because at that moment, Numbuh 362 turned around to face Sector V. The expression on Rachel McKenzie's face was enough to chill all of them exponentially, especially Kuki. It was the face of a girl absolutely overwhelmed by the news she was about to tell them. Kuki was certain now: something was seriously wrong, and Sector V was about to find out exactly what it was.
"There's been an attack at the eastern end of Sector V," Rachel almost whispered to five subsequent gasps of shock, her voice hoarse as if she was about to cry.
"Attack? Wh-what do you mean 'attack'...?" Hoagie Gilligan, a.k.a. Numbuh Two, inquired hesistantly, his goggles hiding the fear in his eyes.
Rachel paused for a very long moment before regaining her composure, or at least appearing to do so. "Two airplanes... at least 10 men from the Middle East hijacked them... and crashed them into those twin skyscrapers in New York City. Both buildings have collapsed. Almost 3,000 casualties counted so far... and they were from all around the planet."
Hoagie's jaw dropped at the last two sentences Rachel just said. Nigel might have developed a calm expression, but even his sunglasses couldn't hide the total indignation emanating from him. As for Kuki, her chin was starting to quiver while she wrapped her arms around Wally as tightly as she could. Wally didn't even try to budge; a level of anger that he'd never felt before froze him in place.
