@hurrrtttt My stupid tooth. I hate it's non-existent guts. It's coming out. And it has been... for like, a year. Is it weird for a 14 year old to have loose teeth at this age? But the worst part is that the other tooth is growing in! *hurt* Try having TEN BABY TEETH at the age of 13. I had to have oral surgery to get those suckers out...

@baby teeth
I had to get a couple extracted when I was 12 or 13. because there were no roots, the process didn't hurt at all.
Same with my top wisdom teeth. I got those out a couple of weeks after I had the little one. Again, it hardly hurt, but I was shaking in the chair just before I had it done.

I got 'em when I was outside in the woods. Remind me never to go out there again.

@re: Dr. Who
Eh...I rather preferred the Human Nature/Family and Blink episodes. Those were the peak of the season. Utopia was fantastic but the final two left me kinda cold. "Clap your hands and say that you believe" has got to be the worst bit of deus-ex-machine-ing in the history of the practice. As a shell-shocked fan of Trek I won't comment on the Dreaded Big Red Reset Button...to many painful memories. Might even get Voyager flashbacks. That would be Bad.
The Face of Boe revelation, though, was pure gold. And the Master was played, I think, with just the right edge of malevolent hyperactive glee tinged with irony. The parallel with the Doctor is really quite strong.
@re: teeth
I have baby teeth. At 20. They really want to stay, apparently. More weirdness? Those are, as far as I can tell, wisdom teeth. Yup. Got my third molars when I was, what, four? I like to think this is an indication of my overwhelming wisdom. ;D

@teeth Well gee golly! I have baby teeth too! And I'm a month away from 37. ;D Funny that no one thinks of wisdom teeth as baby teeth. I didn't. @where I was I went to Atlantic City for a couple of days. Wasn't bad. I went to the new Pier at Caesar's. Spent some money here.Went to the beach today. It's kind of surreal. There's homeless bums sleeping on the beach (AC is a very downtrodden city, luxurious casinos nonwithstanding), and huge casinos overlooking it. Not really how I envision my dream beach, but I enjoyed it anyway. Now I'm home and getting ready for the Fourth.

And to bring the topic full circle, I uploaded a few Avenue Q songs to SendSpace (only a few), in case anyone hasn't heard them/doesn't own it/wants to.

Don't think I've ever seen life vests at the beach. Makes for a good safety precaution, though.
*awards 20 Mommy points*
Meanwhile, has anyone ever seen or heard of a French movie, The Closet?

...No... And no... It has subtitles, I'm guessing? They don't play too many movies like that here. *gloom*
@beach pictures- I've never been to the beach. Especially a beach like that. *3* It looks pretty.
