Wally has feeling for Kuki, but it isn't "that kind" of feeling. The way I found this out, and proved it, is much too long and complicated to post here.
But just to summarize it: As we all know, determining two people's compatibility involves taking a lot of figures (their height, weight, birth dates, the length in millimeters of each toe, etc) and going through a 274-step process involving logarithms, hyperbolic functions, partial differential equations, and the binomial theorem. I began work on it (for Kuki and Wally) in February of 2003, and by devoting all my time to it I managed to finish by November. The results were contradictory; it appeared that I had the wrong birth date for Wally. So I translated the whole thing into an equation giving his birth date and solved it, and to my amazement it gave a date in 1948. That would make him 56 years old!
Naturally, being a careful person, I never assume that such a theory is correct until I find independent verification of it--and there are standard, reliable, accepted methods of finding such verification (as we all know). So I translated all the figures into chapter and verse numbers of passages in the Bible; translated those passages into various numerical codes; put those figures back through the same 274-step process in reverse; and finally translated the results back into English. This gave me the clues telling me what historical records and documents I needed to find.
I've just now finished checking them out, and it's really true--Wally is 56. He uses a secret device of his own creation to keep himself physically a child, just so he can belong to the KND and help their cause. By using his contacts with other adults, he obtains all kinds of information which he then makes good use of; he has many times secretly saved the KND through undercover activities on his own. So not only is he a loyal member, but he has helped them far more than they know; and in order to do it he has to conceal his age from them. The whole Kids Next Door organization would have been undermined and stamped out long ago, if it weren't for Wally. God bless him!
But of course Wally has the same basic human needs as any other grown man, and he has to have the companionship of a woman now and then. He's always quiet and discreet, and he's very careful about preventing any undesirable consequences. But nobody's perfect, and just once he did have an "accident"--with a Japanese woman.
So you see, Wally cares deeply for Kuki--but it's really because she's his daughter. So 3/4 will never be.

, so usually science isn't really of any matter. But yes, I do believe that's true in real life, even though like Numbuh M, I was totally lost
