So we all know about how Wally is really smart in a lot of episodes, but all the sudden in seasons two and three and parts of four he's a retard. We all theorized, but I think I have discovered THE TRUTH!
It hit me while watching Operation: QUIET.
Really, just watch the episode.
Obviously, Numbuh Five hit him so hard it must've caused brain damage! THE HORROR!

Huh...so it might have been.
As far as I know, Wally is smart. Not the smart susally portrayed by the public, but still...smart.

In Operation W.H.I.T.E.-H.O.U.S.E., as General Beetles, he was ether slow counting or forgetting some numbers, but he's really intelligent and smart in many ways.

Yeah, but since W.H.I.T.E.-H.O.U.S.E. was all in Nigel's head it doesn't really count.

And another thing I just noticed - he also seemed to be less tough, in ways. He freely cried more after that.

I guess they tried to make him seen more human, you know to relate and appeal to more people.His escapades do add more humor to the show.  |

Well, he did show some of his old common sense in TRICYCLE. He kept pointing out how stupid it was for Kuki to expect--then the others to throw-- her a birthday party when it's not her birthday.

Numbuh 4 seems to be really smart outside of school, but when it comes to school for him, that's his weakness.

hit in the head i remember that parrt!!!! it was soo funny! I love Wally its soo KYOOT that he can be SOOPER SMART and then A DUMM DUMM! But i agree wit Mariostar&Celra it must be School ! im like that sometimes once it took me over an HOUR to do like 13 prblems of homework!
Im kinda like wally,I can be really Smart but then some people say sometimes that i have a brain of a 4 yearold!lol!
