You'd think that with the subject matter-- the adults not actually have landed on the moon-- it'd be the greatest episode ever, right? Wrong. So wrong.

Not to mention his own friends seemingly took full advantage of his stupidity, and was made a fool in front of the entire organization (again) when KND ops AND his friends watched it all for entertainment.

Yeah MOON was a sock in the face, he seems to go from place to place in all the seasons.

In Operation GROW-UP he was smart and tough and in Operation CANNON then ROBBERS showed how he lacks school big-time.
In Operation PIANO he found a simpler way of getting the pianos off the truck, course some could say it wasn't well thought out since he got run over by pianos but he DID get them all off the truck xD

What doesn't make sense to me is Numbuh Four COULD count to 4 in Operation SHAVE you saw him counting down in the beginning and in Operation END he knew what the sign language was for 4.
I’m pretty sure he can’t read very well but as I’ve seen there’s been times where he can read sentences and times he can’t, it’s all really confusing really O.o


Moon didn't make sense to me; they say Numbuh Four can't keep a secret, yet none of his family members know he's a member of the kids next door, his FAMILY man! If he couldn’t keep a secret the KND would be exposed to the normal adults by now.


In MOON all of sector V were all for making Numbuh Four go through with it, they should have had the government re-assign the people to live on the moon really, the only one that wasn't aware of this was Numbuh Three but that's cause she's getting more and more oblivious to everything O.o
They're getting more and more willing to take advantage of him, I think they think he is not valuable but if you remember in Operation POOL "HE" was the one who saved them all from their alternate selves HE was the one who stood up to his alternate self and HE was the one who took out ANTI sector V. not to mention Operation DOGHOUSE “HE” was the one to save Numbuh Five and all the homework. Heck if it wasn’t for them they’d be cleaning broccoli up for the rest of their lives cause anti Eighty-Six wouldn’t have told them to stop without an opportunity to do so, the kids would have just fired at her like they were shown doing to Numbuh One and Lizzie before in the ANTI Delightful’s place.


Maybe part of it is him having a shorter attention span, in MOON he said, “Why didn’t I think of that before!” maybe he wasn’t paying attention that might be why, also if he were paying attention he would know there was no use in doing chores on the moon when there’s no grass to mow and he’d realize that the moon doesn’t have “free hamburgers” written on it, but most of that episode he seemed to be focused on his family, I’m not saying he was smart in that episode but maybe the excuse for that is his lack of attention rather then his intelligence level going down.

Might be the reason behind TRICKY otherwise he couldn’t have thought one piece of candy would beat all the members of sector V like he did a few moments after leaving sticky beard’s ships.
And in operation ROBBERS he was obsessed with his homework he didn’t notice he was in trouble on the school bus when the bad guy got away.
And in Operation IT he was focused on not getting caught to be supreme leader he didn’t notice the time was way over by that time.

But as far as I’ve seen when it doesn’t come to school, every time he’s not very smart he has had one thing or another on his mind, so maybe he just can’t concentrate under pressure. They say he’s simple minded, maybe it’s “single minded”


As for his showing more emotion, I think that’s mostly stress related, this guy probably goes through more then all sector V combined most things being very hard for a ten year old, heck if I thought my bro was badly hurt by a huge pair of blade-clippers I’d be balling too, and I’m 16 XD
As for his freak out in the end Operation PLANET during the credits, I think he’d just seen WAY too much rainbow monkeys that day and he didn’t want a whole tree-house full of them xD


As for heroics he’s still had his share, he’s probably one of the most heroic operatives, probably surpassing Numbuh one if you exclude Numbuh One being the leader and all.
In Operation LOVE he saved Numbuh Three many times from being zapped (sept one time they both got it xD) and lifted all FIVE delightfuls, that’s five people over his head without ease, shouldn’t he be worried about his back? xD
In OFFICE he put his life at risk for all the girls to get off safely (with Numbuh Three’s convincing though) but he didn’t even need to “think” he pushed Numbuh Three off first before himself proving he’d always put an operative before himself in danger.
In operation FUTURE Numbuh Four was VERY heroic putting his life in danger rather then getting his friends involved it’s either that or he wanted to prove himself, before the future part anyway and in that alternate future he was also heroic too ganging all the boys together and still managing to keep their location secret and In BEACH he fought a bunch of people just to save Numbuh Three from king Sandy.
And in Operation NAUGHTY he was willing to face crazed evil and enraged Kuki putting himself in danger just to stop her meltdown.
In Operation SAFETY he tried getting in the way of a moving blade to save his baby brother.

So in my mind Numbuh Four won’t be short on heroics.
As for attention; he’s lacking more and more, in my opinion most of the time he’s just not focused, or he’s having huge blond moments that’s all I can say XD

In the crossover episode with The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, we will see a head-to-head contest. Wally's lack of attention and book sense vs. Billy's nautral stupidity!
