I must've missed whatever episode first introduced the "Splinter Cell" (here I thought that was a Tom Clancy game) That was Op. MESSAGE. It's also been mentioned in a couple Q&As (that's where I found out their motives)

Maybe Hoagie Sr. could be locked in an epic battle with a group of adults that are intent on destroying his family, to get revenge on him for defeating them.

Maybe he's a captive of the "Splinter Cell" group, and they're using him to:
A) conduct experiments B) torture for information C) torture for fun D) long-term bait investment

The "Splinter Cell" might be involved in more than you expect. What about some of the other instances that have come up, the Bully fights, for example. These may be something that planted operatives from the splinter cell sponsor to encourage the hatred of all adults.

Well, knowing Mr. W it'll turn out to be lead by someone you just don't expect. For a kid's show, this thing has so many twists and unexpected things (never thought I'd actually see full out betrayal in a cartoon....and that's happened at least twice in KND)

It's a very complex show. That's why I like it. Not dumbed down.

Very true. ^_^ But who would lead the splinter cell? I'm really curious about this.
Any ideas about Muffy Jenkin's true role? She's always been mentioned in passing before, but now it seems like she's going to be much more important...

Maybe she's an undercover KND operative. So undercover that very few people in the KND even know she's an operative.

That would be kind of cool. Especially if she was a very high ranking operative.

(never thought I'd actually see full out betrayal in a cartoon... They're not really all that uncommon.

My theory on why President Jimmy became evil:
The girl of his dreams, Lizzie, was already with Nigel, a near legendary KND operative. The leader of a team, almost a secret agent a'la James Bond. And he had that British accent. My theory is that Jimmy didn't ask Lizzie out because he thought she wouldn't choose him (he was right, but work with me). So he became evil, and probably got funding from Father for all those evil doohickies, so he'd have something to offer her. Something that Nigel couldn't. Jimmy could make her a queen. But, just in case, he adjusted the Boyfriend Helment. No need to take chances, right? Or maybe he knew that she really loved Nigel for Nigel (she'd have to; he ain't no James Bond).

Wow great theory Suki!!!!
Okay here's a theory........
I think Nigel did NOT fail the KND test,it was Chad who changed his marks, and Abby changed it back. Abby was suppose to be the leader but she gave that place to Nigel, who later (after finding out about it) let her be Second-in-commender.
We've just have to find out in Op.TREATY.

Just a small theory, but I'm of the opinion that Father can't resist a good sale (which is why there was enough instant potatoes to fill the entire mansion in PARTY ^_~)
