(Yeah, I know its joins, but I wanted to make it work, so I putted yoins instead of joins)

It all starts when an Ice Cream car drives around, nothing too special, just a normal day, till a random creature with blue skin, blue hair, a necklace, a tail and long, elf like ears pops up in front of the Ice Cream car.
"Exuse me sir, but do you have something called Ice Cream, everyone talks about it, and I want some now!" The Blue creature said, he almost looked a bit like Numbuh 4 in the face.
"No, get out of my face!" The guy in the car shouted, he was scared of the little alien fella.
CRASH
The car crashed down a cliff, and boom, right into sector V's treehouse. The blue creature looked around and fainted. Sector V saw him and picked him up, they tried to help him, but he was still not getting up, so they putted him on a "hospital table" and did a few tests. His blood was cold, so was his skin, he wasnt from this planet! He woke up about 3 hours later.
"Uh, where am I?" He said and looked around, patting his head a bit.
"We rescued you" Numbuh 4 said.
"Yeah, and your the cutest thing ive ever seen!" Numbuh 3 said and hugged the creature.
"Thanks guys, my species is Icy-Cone, we are cold creatures and live in icy enviroments" He replied.
"ICY-CONE!? The moonbase had speaked about them, they are super rare nowadays!" Numbuh 1 shouted in surprise.
"Cool, but, ehm, you may want some clothes" Numbuh 4 said.
"Clothes? What is that?" The creature replied.
"What we wear, you know, these things" Numbuh 2 said and pointed to his clothes.
"Oh, I see, ehm, you always wear them?" The creature asked.
"Well, yes" Numbuh 2 said.
"Ok" The creature replied.
"I want, ehm, those" The creature said and pointed to Numbuh 4.
"Ok" Numbuh 2 said.
*Later*
"Hmm, yeah, these really are good!" The creature said, he had blue clothes that was the same as Numbuh 4's.
Now the creature sat there in Sector V's treehouse, soon the whole KND would know about Sector V's found, but how will it go, will they be able to take care of a creature of this kind, and will he join the KND? Well, we will see...

Rules:
1. Don't kill any ones character unless you have permission from the characters owner to do so.
2. No Sexual themes

Just after that interesting ordeal, 1/0 comes to the Sector V front door. He knocks on it.

1/0: Help! Let me in! I haven't much time!

"Huh?" Numbuh 4 said and opened the door. The blue creature stared at Numbuh 1/0 curiously, but didnt say anything.

1/0: There is a bright light, brighter than the Sun, brighter than anything you—wait, wrong line. A guy's after me and wants me dead!

1/0 points to the west. The person is too far away right now to see.

1/0: I need a place to take refuge! Let me stay here!

1/0 pushes through Numbuh 4 and proceeds to retreat into the intricacies of the treehouse's construction.

Numbuh 4 closed the door fast. The Icy-Cone managed to sneak after Numbuh 1/0 curiously and ended up right beside him.
"Squieee???" The blue creature said, folding down his wings (Yeah, he has wings, I just forgot to mention that) and ears as he looked at him. Squieee was a way for him to say confused, even if no one was likely to understand what he meant by that.
