Mr. W doesn't really visit here but I have some answers to your questions...

First q, nobody really knows what happened to her so she could have ended up with anybody even numbuh 1 if she escaped from her decommissioning into space.

second q: She didn't it was the splinter cell who broke them up not Rachel.
