Well I asked Mr Warburton A question about numbuh three and he said something about numbuh three in Holiday here's what he said:
Q. Are we ever going to see Kuki dress up in a pretty outfit like DATE or LOVE?
A. Of course! you'll LOVE the pretty outfit she wears in operation HOLIDAY.

^ That could be it, from the looks of Fanny's outfit, it looks like its gonna be in summer. Maybe its the last day of school, its not a holiday, but people like to think of it as a long holiday.

It probably is a team episode. Like kndgal said it might feature Sandy because Mr. W said he will be in an upcoming episode. As for Numbuh 30c, i don't know.

It would be cool if Sandy was there, I think that upcoming ep, with Sandy is SPANKENSTINE....who knows but w/e its about, lets hope its cool.
I emailed Mr. Warburton a question, about the ep, op., HOLIDAY and here's what he said
Now this could be for the ep., HOLIDAY or HAMSTER, I'm not sure, it might be a preview for an ep, but I thought I would share this, just incase.
