Actually I'm chancing my first proposition,I think this episode reveals if father is numbuh two's dad.Anyone who's is confused I think you should look at the "Knd other"section,from there you'll see a title called:"Another crazy theory about numbuh two's dad".I would explain here but it extremely long and it involves operation:D.A.D.D.Y. :)

There isn't enough evidence to say: Father is Numbuh's 2 dad.
So I have another idea about Op. D.A.D.D.Y.
It doesn't has to be of just 1 dad it can be that the Delightful Children hypnotize all KND (Maybe just sector V) dads to love them and to dislike their sons and daughters. It's a crazy theory but it can be xD

Because he was referred to as such in the episode? I wouldn't know, I haven't seen it.
Another past episode would be cool. If they had Hoagie at age six, he'd probably look almost exactly like Tommy.
