Hmm... it's a surprise  . Besides, I haven't selected if it was a fic or a pic, but I think it might be a fic, for op. LAST in future chapters, Beach Date or the future GND vs. BND. Yeah, I read it and it's really heating up. Sorry for not reviewing instantly. But here it is: Nice one and I can't wait for the next . And I bet Rachel will win in that battle. |

Like I said on that thread, it's alright, I understand. I've had my internet connection go out every now and then as well, it's just natural because machines are really stupid.
Say, while you're here, I've decided to tell you about a new story concept I've had lying around for awhile.
In it, Rachel feels that she must take stronger action as the Supreme Leader of the KND in order to prevent another disaster like ZERO or IT. That said, she enlists the help of Numbuh 273's( my fan character) demon alter ego Eris, to help her. She begs her to give her premonitional abilities, so that she can protect the KND better if she knew what could transpire.
Eris tries hard to talk her out of it, but eventually gives up, warning her to judge the premonitions she sees wisely. Thus, giving a part of her blood to Rachel, she puts the blood into her eyes, which are now the source of her power.
Things have been going smoothly for the past few days, as Rachel's premontions have been able to avert certain paper dead lines, or disasters at other bases. But one day the teenagers invade Arctic Base while Rachel is there with Fanny and Sector V. She becomes knocked out however, but Patton puts her in a safe place until she wakes up, kissing her eyes before he goes off to fight in the battle once more.
But as Rachel sleeps, she begins to see a memory of the past. The memory she witnesses is Patton's memory of the ZERO incident, in which he sold his soul to GF in order to save her from GF's wrath. While this was something he had told her, she never quite realized how painful it was for him.
When Rachel wakes up she finds that her friends are around her, and that the invasion is over. Still overwhelmed from what she saw, Rachel lunges into Patton's ams and hugs him tightly, apologizing for the fact that he always seems to suffer because of her. He tells her otherwise, and that as long as she's happy, that's all that matters to him.

Well... I think a certain operative zombiefied him. Yes, it could be an adult, but the citizombified adults zombiefied earth operatives, and they could go to the moonbase to attack. As Patton bravely defended other operatives, especially Rachel, a twist of bad luck arrived as he was touched by Bartie. Why I picked Bartie? Because I think they are best friends besides Hoagie and the rest of Sector V. And while he was battling Bartie, telling him to slap out of it, Bartie didn't buy it and asked Virginia in a citizombified state to help him transform Patton into one of Grandfather's minions.
Sorry if it's rough. That's all I got anyway.

Oh no, it's alright. I like your idea of what happened to him. Much different then what I envisioned, but hey, no two people can have the same idea every time.
I actually wrote what I thought happened to Patton in a five chapter story called 'What I Did For Love'. It was pretty dramatic, as well as heart breaking( in my opinion) to see what Patton had to go through in order to keep Rachel safe. That story also shows just how far Patton is willing to go for the one he loves, and the concequences his impulsive love can create.
Oh, and if I may ask Jam, were you able to come up with any crossover rivals that might be good?

Nah... I don't watch other cartoons that much. But I watch some real-life like Hannah Montana or The Suite Life. I'm so sorry, Prettywitch.

Thanks Jam. I think you'll like the rest of the story, although you might be a little weirded out by something that happens in the last chapter of the story.
Oh, BTW, I'm also hoping that I can get the cover art and back cover of 'The Demon In Me' up on my deviantart account soon.
