God, is Tim Burton a wacko or what? His work is all right (you can tell he's a creative genius) but it doesn't entertain me much, so I can't say much about either character. But Nightmare Before Christmas is considered a classic (Greg Proops did a voice in it. XD Fun fact.) Thus I'll go with Sally. I don't know. They both seemed too similar in character to me to make a more sophisticated, analytic choice.
For the Shakespearian fanatics:
Shylock (Merchant of Venice) or Iago (Othello)?

Numbuh 86 forevah! Father (KND) vs Dracula (Dracula)?

No competition. Dracula is one of the greatest legendary characters of all time. Father's just...silly.
Here's one that stumped the people in my Physics class a few years back:
Mr. Spock (Star Trek) or Obi-Wan Kenobi (Star Wars)?

Obi-Wan! Now then, for a political question: George W. Bush or Richard Nixion?

*laughs* I suppose that qualifies for characters. A difficult choice, but I'm gonna have to go with Richard Nixon for reasons I will not explain due to the chance of disagreement and, quite possibly, argument. Let's stick to characters from television, movies, books, plays, etc. Otherwise we'll be opening wrong doors.
Moe Howard or Mr. Bean?

mr.bean. harry potter(harry potter) or artemis fowl(artemis fowl)?

Neither. Harry Potter is overrated, and I've never really read Artemis Fowl. (But I hear it leans into the fantasy direction, so I don't plan to either.)
Darth Vader (Star Wars) or Khan (Star Trek)?
Apples and oranges, really, but they're both damn awesome.

Captain Keller. Nobody can beat Victor Jory. I remember him being in an episode of McCloud. Ebenezer Scrooge ( A Christmas Carol) or George Bailey ( It's a Wonderful Life)?

*chuckles* Unfortunately I've never even heard of that show, so Numbuh 2 it is. Let's try to stick to things most people have seen. (I figured everybody has seen It's a Wonderful Life no less than twice at Christmastime.)
Here's one you kids should know. To celebrate the event...
Hamm (Toy Story) or Mr. Potato Head (Toy Story)?
