I'm sure poeple has a favourite movie or show theme songs.....

Show theme song is the song played before the show....

Movie theme song is the main song in the movie....

Here's mine:

Show theme songs:
1) KND Operation ZERO theme
2) Camp Lazlo theme
3) Suite Life of Zack and Cody theme

Movie theme songs:
1) WALL.E theme (Down To Earth by Peter Gabreile)
2) Transformer theme (Before It's Too Late by Goo Goo Dolls)

-Of Mice & Men "River Run" theme (towards end of the movie where George runs off to find Lennie)

- Prison Break (it's clear I'm only saying that because I like the show)

- Pirates of the Caribbean (I don't like it when people assume that I'm obsessed with the show when it's only the music I really enjoy.)

I love the theme to Gummi Bears, but I honestly could live without the show.

The theme song for Charmed (called "How Soon is Now?")
Harry Potter theme music.
Most of the music from Naruto. Too many to list from that show.

Favorite movie or show themes, eh? I don't know of any television show themes I admire in particular at the moment, but I definitely enjoy "We Will Be Heroes" from Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai, right alongside "Requiem of a Dream", of course. There might be others in the future, but those two were the first to come to my mind right away.
