I always kinda liked the 'Great Puttinski' x3 He wasn't really a villain that should've starred in a lot more episodes as the main villain, but I liked him in this one episode ^.^ I remember I had to laugh when his mother yelled his dinner was getting cold, the first time I watched it XD
Mr. Boss still rocks too ofcourse! ;D

BTW you are missing a ton of villians from your poll. Sure the Delightfuls, Father, Mr. Boss, Grandma Stuffums, Stickybeard and a hoard of other villans made their debut in Season 1, but I believe Allie's list is of "one-shot" villains that had no recurrences on later seasons. I voted for Mr. B. He reminds me of Baby Herman from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. |

I like the Zoo Keeper from Operation: ZOO. I understood where she's coming from (how children can be so disrespectful). Plus her voice was kinda funny.
Knightbrace and Stickybeard are the villains I really like most.

I liked the common cold because I think it is a villain everyone can relate to since everyone has had colds.
