What would probably be your most cherished ending to a sad movie, or your favorite? Or that one that would make you weld with tears?
...
The Plague Dogs is so sad! But I heard that the dogs survive in the ending of the book! That's a good thing.
The ending in the animated movie they tried to swim to the "island", but drown.
It seriously isn't a Disney movie.

I usually don't often cry during movies, but when I was little, the one movie that made me cry at the end was The Incredible Journey, which actually didn't end sad at all xD In the end the two dogs and the cat found their owners back and it always made me cry of joy. I've noticed that I tend to get more emotional when something good happens in a movie rather than something sad.
Yet, recently I had to cry during Ben X (I don't think anyone knows this one, it's a Dutch movie), it was about a autistic boy being bullied, it was incredibly sad. Probably also because it was based on a true story.

One of the saddest movies I think I've ever seen is called" Mean Creek" and well, the ending was sad. Extremely. Lets just say you learn alot about a character you are supposed to hate, and a prank goes wrong.

Bridge to Terabithia. I cried so hard even though I'd already read the book and knew what was coming. My ten-year-old sister sitting next to me in the theater was so annoyed, she said to me, "It's only a movie."

Two saddest movies I ever saw were The Green Mile and My Girl. I was just a kid when I saw My Girl, but I found The Green Mile on Youtube and breezed through it because the title intrigued me. Both movies made me bawl like a baby.

Big Fish made me cry. A lot. I love that movie.
Actually, I cry while watching a lot of movies; they don't even have to have be particularly sad to make me tear up anymore. =P

Oh, I forgot to mention 'Requim for a Dream'. Holy moley, they really should show that movie to kids in High School. It is ought to make some of them think twice before doing something stupid.. It was a very good movie, but I prefer never watching it again.

Old Yeller. They even made it more sad than in the book.

Moulin Rouge comes to mind right away. The old 1952 one, that revolved around Toulouse. I missed the beginning of the movie, but I caught most of it on tv once. Basically he winds up purposely drinking himself to death, but before he dies, he's laying in a bed, and hallicunates cancan dancers and friends all around him smiling dancing and saying goodbye and but really he's all alone, and the movie just fades out with people who aren't really there, waving.

That's cool. ^_^ I need to see it sometime.
