Tom and Jerry kids isn't new. It was around when I was really little, but the others might be new. CN used to like taking classic shows and making them all kids for a strange reason. Take "Flinstone kids" for an example and "baby loony toons" Which wasn't bad, i liked baby loonytoons.

Danny Phantom. Except for one episode, the third season was just... nothing like what we'd gotten used to. Everything original about the show was abandoned in favor of every cliche in the book, and the writing (especially shipping-wise) dramatically dropped in quality.
Ben 10: Alien Force is... not good compared to the original, but it features probably the most famous pair of cousins in love outside of the Sailor Moon dub.
