I'm pretty sure the screenames we use aren't our real names. So what's the story behind yours?
My favourite colour is purple, and that phrase "pretty in pink" was floating around in my head for some reason. Purpleness instead of pink just sounded more original.

... Well, Allie is my name. For real. It's Allison, but I like Allie for short.  My other screen name on other KND forums and such would be Nigel's Leading Woman. Since I'm a gihugic fan of Numbuh One, he needs a... woman to stand by him. ^-^ |

My name was originally WeBuiltThisCity after the (in)famous song by 1980's band Jefferson Starship (who of course evolved from 1960's band Jefferson Airplane). The song is something of a cult sensation, though mostly hated, even being voted the worst song of all time, though I kinda like it.
Over the past few years, I have added on sayings and slogans, from nonsensical ramblings to endorsements of my favorite sports teams and political candidates, to a lot having to do with pro wrestling, which is a guilty pleasure of mine. Anyway, the SAVE_US part came from a series of codes shown on WWE programming, that were connected to the return of one of my favorite wrestlers, Chris Jericho, who is often known as Y2J. Anyway, the code was eventually cracked as SAVE_US.Y2J, so my name is a takeoff on that.

The username I signed up as here was "Kimi03" cause of Kimi from the show The Rugrats.
And the SN I have it set at now is "Poison Girl" because of a song I like from my favorite band, HIM.

Well, Kuki has been my nickname irl since I started roleplaying Kids Next Door when I was nine. My other nickname is Kairi, but the name was taken here.

I found the name Dreamer a long time ago while I was reading the Avalon book series (I think it was a wolf's name...), and I always thought it was pretty. So when I signed up here, I decided to use it.

JAGUAR AMOROSAMENTE MEXICANO Coined around 1998 when I first came online and joined the furry fandom. My user name is Numbuh i, as in the square root of -1, the imaginary number. I came up with that as part of a rather far-off plan to write about me in the KND, and all my sector members would have numbers from higher mathematics, i.e, the Irrationals  (e, n, pi, etc.) |

Coined around 1998 when I first came online and joined the furry fandom. Admitting that you're a "furry", on a KID'S SHOW fandom, is equivalent to the kiss of death. The "furry fandom" (eep) has a lot of negative connotations. It's assumed that someone who admits they're part of that has some kind of sick fetish. Why do kids' cartoons attract so many weirdos? We've had a few weird guys on here in the past...and just recently, we had someone who likes looking at drawings of cartoon characters half naked, in suggestive positions, or worse. (I've seen the worse. You don't need to know.) I'd have kept that ("furriness") to myself, if I were you... |

The orgin of my screen name is werid. When I first started going online, the first site I ever joined was Neopet, in 2001, when I was 10. At the time, Comet was the name of my bunny who just recently died at that time. So I named myself after her. The 80 part came because on the site comet88 was taken, 88 being my favorite number(and still is) So i took the number 80. And with that, that's how I signed up with everything, to keep it easy on my memory. So, thats how the Comet80 part came. But then when I was here, I had friends who always dropped the 80 part, and soon Beckie(an olld member) started to call me Comsie because I dunno..(she also called shwoo Shwoosie) and so I liked the sound of that. Alot. SO i started to use Comsie now, just to make it short n simple. And the Swedish in my name, meanis "I love you, Vivi" Which is for my griflfriend of almost 3 years, whom I met on this fourm.

Well, I started out as "hoagiegal1970" (the 1970 being the year I was born  ). Then I changed it to "Numbuh 807", my birthday being August (8th month) 7. I then changed it to plain old "Hoagie's Gal", and added the "Madame" after my alter ego, the Victorian medium and magician. I had started to, and never finished, a set of KND Tarot cards. That's where the "Madame" alter ego came from. |

Oh, I forgot to mention the name I signed up in. That name was "givemethefish" (inspired from FISHY). I have NO IDEA why I chose that name, but I knew I was going to change it to something else the second I signed up with it.

I know these guys (and exclusively GUYS) in DeviantArt that mostly draw half-naked girls from cartoons, and their pageview/pagecount are through the roof! I spit on such artists' dishonor. Anyway, back on topic, my screennames have been evolving through time, with 'Hellscream' being my first. I took it from one of the heroes in the Warcraft game back then. I can't remember the other ones, but the most recent one and the one I've been staying with the longest is Enfid. No reason behind the name, just thought it sounds right. Ofcourse, I make aliases for MMORPGs and fandoms that suit those universes. |

ETA: 18A, I've seen those "pictures" on dA  , and the people who draw/like to look at them are always complaining about being "persecuted" by the dA admins. Gimme a break. I have no idea why people like drawing kids' cartoon characters in softcore poses. Please explain to me how that turns people on??? I've seen some pretty twisted stuff, even with our beloved KND characters. It was enough to make one throw up... Wonder how the cartoons' creators feel about this crap? I'd guess not too pleased.
