Ok, so you post a riddle/brain teaser, and whoever get's it right gets to post a new one. I'll start with an easy one. "You have a sack of seeds, a chicken and a fox. You must bring each Item to the other bank of a river, but your boat can only hold yourself and 1 item. If you leave the Fox and Chicken alone, the Fox will eat the chicken. If you leave the Chicken and seed alone, the Chicken will eat the seed. How do you bring each Item across so that nothing gets eaten?"

I get the chicken first, then the fox, then the sack of seeds. Am I right?

First you bring the chicken then go back for the seed. When you go for the fox bring the chicken with you and leave it on the other side. Then get the chicken.

"Peacocks don't lay eggs" doesn't answer the question. So the peacock lays an egg, it's a strange phenomenon, but if the riddle says that a peacock laid an egg, then that's what you have to work with. In my random logical opinion, that is. I think we're due a new riddle, don't you think? I have existed for millions of years, yet you only see me once a month. What am I?

Actually that is the answer. Notice that I said " IFMr. Johnson's peacock" not that it did.

Didn't see that...careless old me.... Can I post one? Please? Really lame poem, doesn't even rhyme, but what the heck: Little girls in white, Sat on the stand, Throughout the night. The younger they were, The taller were they, The older they were, The shorter were they. They sat on their stands, Burning to the break of day. What are these 'little girls in white'?

Easy! They're candles shaped like little girls! They get 'older' when the wick burns down and the wax melts!
