"A place that isn't the netherworld?" Numbuh 17z suggested hopefully, getting out of her seat (assuming she was seated to begin with) and peering over 220's shoulder.
"No..." Numbuh 220 replied... "This is much worse..."

"No no no..." Numbuh 220 shook her head slightly. "It's the netherworld.Yeah,that's it." She turned around and faced the three girls standing behind with their jaws agape. "Uhh...Guys?" She waved a hand in front of their faces. No response. "Guys!" She snapped her fingers sharply multiple times in front of them.

Meanwhile.......
Nigel was following Chandra through the strange crystal cave, walking slowly as he stared at the crystal formations in awe.
Finally, they came to what seemed like a huge room, with walls, floors and ceiling made of solid rock, little crystals were glimmering here and there in the rocky walls and ceiling.
In the middle of the room was a small fire, a few boys around Nigel's age sat around the fire, talking to each other in low voices. Some of them sat on soft, velvet cushions while some sat on wooven mats. They all looked up in surprise to see Nigel coming in with Chandra.
One of the boys, who was wearing a dark blue cloak, stood up and said to Chandra, "They've captured another one?"
"Yes, just today, he met me in the crystal corridor." answered Chandra.
Nigel looked puzzled, 'Who are 'they'?"
The boy looked at him, "The ones who captured us and locked us up here. Come, let me introduce myself......"

"But...How long have you been here?" Nigel asked.

"For years by now....." said Chris sadly. "They won't let us out until our power reaches its full potentiel....."
"Power?" echoed Nigel in surprise.
"Yes, you see, when these people trapped us here, they casted some kind of spell into us, and then they'll wait for the power in us to reach it's true strength. Those whose powers have done so will be taken away. We don't know where, and what they will do to those boys......" Chris seemed very sad.
"I...I see....." said Nigel gently
