Nigel followed,still in disbelief.

Meanwhile,the girls were checking for clues.

"Numbuh 220!I tell you there's no trace of anything!" Rachel cried out in exhaustion. "We've been here looking for hours!"

"Well excuuussseee meee, supreme commander!" Numbuh 220 grinned, rolling her eyes.

Rachel growled under her breath. "There is only one who can say that to me."

"And who would that be?" Darrel asked with a smile.

The supreme leader blushed, facing away. "I... erm... Never mind."

Numbuh 220 grinned. "Spill."

"No way,it's personal." Rachel glared.

[RohaHat]

"Leave it, Tu-tu-oh." (that's just how she pronounces it, she's not trying to insult) 17z said. "There are much moe fun ways t' get infamation owdda (out of) people, 'specially Supreme Commandahs."

(Yarh, she talks funny. XD Fun to type~)

"And how would you try it, Numbuh 17z?" Rachel looked at her, wriggling her eyebrows. Darrel put on the "Oh-So-Famous-Puppyeyes".

"Please...Who's the only one who can tell you that?!" She whined like a little child.

Rachel rolled her eyes. "Fine, if you must know it so badly. The only one is allowed to say that to my face is Numbuh One."

[RohaHat]

"Wow! I'd never 'ave guessed!" Numbuh 17z mocked shock. "What a surprise!"

"Okay, that's enough, we have bigger things to worry about!" 362 said in the voice she regularly used to make people do what she wanted them to do.

"But I'm not done yet!"

"Numbuh 17z!"

"Okay, fine. Spoilsport.""

"What did you say!?" asked Rachel furiorsly.
"I said.....spoilsport!" yelled Numbuh 17z in meschief.

"Why you little....." Rachel pounced onto Numbuh 17z and soon they were rolling around on the floor. Numbuh 17z was still laughing while Rachel was furiors beyond words.

Darrel and Numbuh 220 were standing there watching the fight, laughing insanely. Finally Darrel managed to somehow stop laughing and said to the fighting girls, "Okay.....stop......please before I explode on my own laughing!"

The two girls stopped, but Numbuh 17z just had to give one last grin at Rachel before saying, "So? What next?"

"We find Nigel!" Rachel demanded, getting up. Her eyebrows lowered in a concerned manner. "...I really care about him."

"You do, don't you?" Darrel asked, wiping a tear from laughing so hard.

"Yes. Yes I do." said Rachel, looking up at her. "I may even...well, feel something more for him. But I'm afriad that... he will not feel the exact as I feel for him."

Darrel turned away, she felt uncomfortable. And it wasn't just that, she felt some nasty gladness mixed with regret in her.......

And why? It was because even though she wanted Nigel with Rachel, she had this craving to keep Nigel all to herself!

But she knew one thing, Nigel will never be with her.......for some reason.......

As she was thinking these thoughts, she felt a hand on her shoulder, she jumped up in shock.

"Come on Darrel!" came Numbuh 220 cheery voice behind her, "Let's go to the Moonbase, maybe we can track down Rachel's 'lover' from there....."

Darrel swallowed loudly, as if she was trying to shallow her pride.......and followed them....

On the trip to the Moonbase,the silence wrapped the flying vehicle like an invisible blanket.Finally unable to bear the silence,Numbuh 220 broke it.

"So...Uhm..." Numbuh 220 muttered. "You like Nigel,sir?"

Rachel looked in the direction of Numbuh 220,before turning to the window and looking at the fleeting scenario,a light shade of pink dancing on her face.

Numbuh 17z fought down a snicker, but not before an almost-snorting noise gave away what she was trying to conceal. 362 glared at her. "Well, sor-ree! (sorry, second r rolled) But love is silly."

"It's not love!" 362 demanded, her face redden further. "More... admiration."

Pfft. "Ohh yeeeah, sure."

362 wasn't going to hold for this. She was going to fight back. Fire with fire. "If I'm not mistaken you have a crush on that cute nerdy boy in your sister sector!" Now it was Numbuh 17z's turn to blush.

"Where did you hear that?!" she asked, although she was pretty sure where.

"A certain chatterbox in your sector..." Numbuh 362 explained with a near-malicious smile.

"Oh man, she is so dead! ... For... spreadin' rumo's (rumours) about me!"

(I have to think up a whole 'nother sector nooooow... 'cause I wanna do fanart... or, I could have this cute guy instead of the naive guy I have... A sister sector because I couldn't think of a bunch of letters, and sister sector IE: the treehouse bases are within the same 100miles and they often go out on missions together. XD)

Numbuh 220 and the rest blinked in amazement.

"Wow...that's a new perspective I didn't know of..." Numbuh 220 uttered,looking from Numbuh 17z to Numbuh 362.

Darrel just stayed silent as she steered the ship. She could see the silvery moon glowing in the darkness of space up ahead. On top of it, was the red glowing Zero Moonbase.

"Guys! We're here!" she said as she steered the ship towards the Moonbase hanger.

Soon, they were busy with the Moonbase computer, looking hard for Nigel's location.....

"We'll have to check the netherworld too,he could be there." Numbuh 220 muttered as her eyes focused on the computer screen,the constand clicking of the mouse breaking the silence.

[RohaHat]

"I sure hope not, that place gives m' the creeps!" Numbuh 17z said, shivering.

"Have you even been there before?" Darrel questioned.

"Uh, no, but it sounds kinda scary."
