This fourm is becomming so narrow minded. If a 1/5 fan goes into a 2/5 thread, it's like fourm war. Thats how immature it is becomming. If some oen hates 3/4 it's like this:"OMG SOMEONE DOESNT LIKE 3/4! "

its lacking alot latly. I'm really only staying because I'm a mod, and this place is still close to me, even if half the people i liked are gone.

Cosmie I know what you mean. I'm getting teary here LOL I miss the Family I dont know any of these new people.

I remember when me and Desslok used to update Married Life like 8 times a day I havent spoken to him in a month! Father/362 used to be funny.

I agree This place is DEAD Sorry to the new members but your kinda....Boring I mean this forum needs a new generation of "Family" and nobody is dedicated enough to try.

This Forum has done ALOT for me it got me with MarioStar and we've been together for over a year.

You guys need to make memories and learn to consider each other as family. We oldbies had the chance to be a family you newbies need that chance to so make it happen.

Some of us aren't exactly newbies. Really, you guys act like you're the only ones who aren't new here, and that's not true. Some of us have been here for more than a year.

Also, you say that we aren't dedicated enought to liven up this place, yet you just sit here and complain how boring we are instead of trying yourself.

Many of us have lives now, and can't do much on the fourm anymore. And well truth be told, many of you haven't been here that long.

Well, gee whiz dangit, I decided to reactivate my account again!

Looks like I'm not leaving as quickly as I hoped.

Want to talk about dedicated? I hung around this place for about, I figure, 6 months longer than I should have. I wanted the place to wake back up. Lord knows a number of us tried to get that to happen. But, it's just not happening. And for you to say the old-timers are complaining instead of trying...well, I can say they DID try. It's hard to do when your friends and "family" are gone, and you aren't able to relate to the new people coming in.

This forum has had a few life cycles. It peaked in 2004, again in 2006, and started going slowly downhill once Season 6 (aka The End) was in full swing.

It's too bad the forum went the way it did, but it's hardly for lack of trying.

She's right. It's hard to be here for three years and then have all your close friends leave, and income a bunch on little teenie boping 14 year olds who want to talk about the stuff you're not interested in.

The fourm has now ofically gone down hill. The shows gone, it's not coming back, so the fandom is dying.

and Madame, you should just keep your account activated, and then just go off, or be invisible or something.

Again, I realize how important the forum was to you and how hard it is that it's changing, but ya'll don't have to say that we're immature or newbies or "teenie boping 14 year olds" just because it isn't what it used to be. Edit: PiP, you're not getting it. No one is calling you immature or teenyboppers. What's wrong with saying that the old members can't relate to the new ones? It's true.

The reason I deleted my account in the first place was because I got tired of reading random posts that didn't relate to anything. The forum wasn't ever like that, until recently.

I can say it, it's freedom of speech honey. Most of the newer people joing are in my eyes immature newbies or teenie boping 14 year olds. That's just how I feel. But ever so often we get a decent member who isnt all "LOL 3/4 ROX MY SOX!" that's just how I see it.

I actually didn't have a problem with newbies until recently..

and actually this fourms getting to be a little more offtopic and random which means if I'm the only on-everyay-mod then I'm going to need to be stricter on rules.

Well, now that Madame Hoagie's Gal appears to have reactivated her account, please allow me to offer my own reflections about everything I've seen here ever since I first signed up several months ago. For the most part, everyone I've conversed with has been friendly... although I found it quite striking that Madame Hoagie's Gal mentioned "fanfiction timelines," among other things. May I trust that you all think that I've been consistent during my time here?

Sadly, Madame Hoagie's Gal... I don't exactly know how. At any rate, I'd like to think that I've been consistent in my assumptions about the Kids Next Door, but even more so regarding my favorite couples for this show... as related to current events.

Yes, but in the old days 3/4 topics weren't 50 different threads long, had some ridiculous name, and started talking about pokemon for about 5 pages. it was all on topic.

That was one of the things I couldn't get into. Sorry, just one of my personal quirks, not meant to be taken as an insult. I'm not interested in Jihad, or how the KND relate to current world events.

Please take that as a reflection of my almost total indifference to politics and world political events. I always yell at my husband when he has Fox News on.

Ridiculous name? That ridiculous name has been going on for a while, it's not new. And so what if a thread is 50 pages long? The 1/5 thread had a 150 pages!

And about the Pokemon thing, that's not under my control. I never participated in that, and seeing as how you don't care for KND romance anymore, why should it bother you?
