While on the subject, there IS an official (I think) timeline for it, but they're in parallel universes.

I should've been more specific..... I meant a timeline of when each game took place in hyrule (or elsewhere) and each of the different Links, Zeldas and Ganon(dorf) (if there was more than one of him).

That's what I meant Numbuh 070. I was also thinking about the in game timeline.
Though I checked and unfortunately there's no official timeline. The designer Eiji said that there exist two universes. I got this from Wikipedia, so I'm not sure how accurate it is.

There seems to be theories floating about on the net. One of them is this: www.zeldauniverse.net/content/view/383/421/Keep in mind that fans have speculated that there had been more than 1 Link and 1 Zelda spanning across hundreds of years.
