Here in Australia, Season Four hasn't aired yet. Only a third of Season Three has been aired, though I heard there's going to be more in May. So why are the clips in both the bumpers and the ads for Miguzi from Season Four?
I've seen a clip from SPROUT (Numbuh Five swimming in a very human-body like environment), PRESIDENT (I think, it involves Numbuh Three wanting icecream), HOSPITAL (Numbuh One wonders what babies are doing in a hospital), and another episode I can't identify, in which Numbuh Four is standing at the doorway of a house, and a man and a woman are looking at him. The woman says "Whatever shall we do?" What episode is that?
I think they've done that before with early Season Three. I didn't watch the show much back then, but there was some competition about making your own KND mission and having it shown on TV. And around June last year, when the entries were being aired, there were clips from FUTURE and UTOPIA, and probably others. It's really annoying that they have these episodes, but refuse to show them.

Well... I'm going to answer your question in your post. That episode with #4 standing at the doorstep is T.R.I.C.K.Y., the Halloween episode.

Thanks. I thought so, but Numbuh Four didn't appear to be in costume, so I wasn't sure.

Yeah, he didn't want to wear a costume. Instead, he had a plank with a string on it tied around his body that said 'gimee' with a backwards G.
