Yep, since it's a normal gif, not an avi or anything.
And your avatar is 1280 kb... the limit is 250.

So... width... 622/500 - oversized Height... 390/250 - oversized File size... 158.11/250 - okay Which means your signature is HUGE and I shouldn't let you go. But I'm a nice guy and I'll let you off with a warning. Honestly, did you even THINK your signature was a little over the limit?
@cottoncandy486 - that avatar is damn huge - pay a little more attention next time - and it'd be a good idea to cut a line of text from your sig.

Crazyandlazy, your sig is okay. It only goes over by a text line. I'm just worried about those who have sigs twice as large as the limit. ^^;; oh ok, thanks ^^

[*url=insert adress here][*img]image address here[/img] without the *s. @crazyandlazy - the problem with your signature isn't the height, but the width, exceeded by more than sixty pixels.

Ok, but I had already said I will change it. I guess I'll say it again though, I will change it to just a normal picture avvie.

Is my sig OK?
I ask because when I started to use the pic currently on my sig (which is 595px wide), it was with the old sig rules (which said that the max. width was 600px). And since the limit was changed to 500px, I'm not sure if it's OK to keep or remove. :/

The picture that we found with the horizontal limit was from the main proboards site and they're probably a bit more strict. We use it to show how large vertically. Your avatar is fine now, thanks! Edit: oh, and: Sugar and Spice, yours is twice the limit size... Only the first 3 kitties fit. Either remove some or get the resized smaller, please.

How do you find how many kb something is? Is my sig ok too?

How do you find how many kb something is? Is my sig ok too? Just right click the picture, and you should see something saying "properties". It then tells you either how many bytes (or kilobytes as well, as in Firefox) If it only says bytes, then you can use this site: www.matisse.net/bitcalc/ Just change the bits to bytes in the converter and it should tell you how many kilobytes or kb. And yes, your sig is okay. A tiny bit big but I'll let it pass.

How do you find how many kb something is? Is my sig ok too? Right click the image, and select "Properties" from the menu. On the window that pops up, look where it says "Size", and there's the size of the file. Hope I helped! EDIT: Phooey! I got beat to it! >_> Oh well.
