Okay, I know, I know...slightly girlish...
(Kyla: ...Oh-M-Gee, ya think?-_-)
...but deep down, I know SOMEONE out there would like to wear their wedding or elegant, special-occasion type dress.
So anyway, here you just describe what dress you'd like to wear on any special occasion...your first date, your perfect date, proposal, wedding dress....
Heck, why does it even have to be a date? You could be making a good impression on royalty, a celebrity, rehearsal for a play, or just...wearing a dress for the sake of wearing one.
So, think about it, and let your imagination run absolutely wild. Colour, length, umbrella skirt or tight-fitting, sleeves availability shape and length, extra lacings or colour clashes, pieces of cloth fitted around the bottom of the skirt, a cut along the side, maybe accessories like flowers or something.
Let your imagination run wild, and post. (If you have a scanner, draw your ideal dress, and post it with your comment.)

Something long, black, dressy, and has giant yellow dots all over it.... Alright.. forget about the dots... I lied...
But I would wanna wear a long, lacey, black dress to Snr. Prom or.... Jr. Prom.... IDK if I'll go to Jr. Though.... Too soon, too expensive...
Personally I am not a dress fan.... because they take a lot of physical work to get yourself to look as good as the dress it's self... Like getting a haircut which I haven't had since.... I believe....... sometime a year ago... -shrugs-

I have many ideas of what I'd like to wear. Ideally, I'll be traded to a beast for the life of my grandfather, and have hundreds of beautiful gowns.
But at the moment, I think I'd like an outdoor Spring wedding with a tea reception, so that'd be a white tea dress, knee-length and flowy, and a wide-brimmed hat with white flowers.

Well, since most of you know I'm much older than the average KND forum poster...I'd have done my wedding a bit differently. I wanted to have it at an old and grand Victorian mansion down the shore, and have the actual wedding on the beach (I got married in early September)...but there were too many people coming to pull that off. But if I ever get married again or decide to renew my vows, that's how I'm doing it. These are links to pictures of the dresses I'd pick (I can't decide which one, they're both gorgeous): Edwardian dressVictorian skirt & blouse

I agree. Those are gorgeous. I'm an evening gown type person. I'd love a burgundy/maroon long dress, perhaps with spagetti straps since, when I wear them strapless, they fall because I've practically got no torso, which is kind of sad for my age. XD So, straps with a V-neck (not too low, of course). I'm not one for the flaring-out as it nears the bottom. I'd prefer the sheath look, or even looks ruffles, near the bottom. But to keep it less boring, perhaps sparkly. Can you tell that I'm very specific when it comes to this?

Another idea I have is a winter wedding, outdoors (call me crazy) so I can have a long, elegant white velvet dress lined with (fake) fur, and carry a muff instead of a bouquet. It'd probably have some rindstones on the dress to make it sparkle a little.

I remember that from the sitcom, Friends, so I can picture it well in my mind. Nice idea. I'm anti-cold whether, so that wouldn't work out for me. I'm more into the beach wedding thing, and pictures by the beach during the sunset. *sighs*

I never watched Friends, so I have no idea what you're talking about. ^^
I love warm weather, but I hate sand. No beach wedding for me.
Also no beach honeymoon.

Hehe. That's reasonable. XD I barely watch it either. I just happened to come across that wedding scene as I was flipping through channels.
Hmm. Sand. I guess that means no heels with the dress. Okay, so maybe not the beach. But at least in warm whether. For some reason, I have Cuba in mind. The water is so beautiful there.
Really? No beach honeymoon? How come? That's my ideal honeymoon spot.

Very pretty. I like how it comes slightly off the shoulders - - - Found one! Except straps, because with my chest, that would never stay up.
