I really want Beck, too. But I've been told a lot of the jokes don't translate, and some were completely axed (There's apparently a lot of Engrish, and hilarity like that) But I cannot find the Japanese version anywhere! I'm a total n00b at DVDs, um, the Japanese with subs would come on the DVD, right?

I decided to download Doujin Work, since I REALLY need to start my comic, and that show always puts me in the drawing mood.

Among all anime, I like Lucky Star (Konata reminds me of me...>.<) and Fruits Basket...but I also liked the anime Akazukin Chacha (don't ask me why... I have no idea why I liked it at all...)

So, what kind of manga covers appeal to you? Take a look at your collection and see if there are any similarities.

I like it when the cover art looks watercolory, or like it was painted on canvas.

yeah, they're really cool.
The sketchy ones also appeal to me for some reeason. Sketchy i mean the shadows are rough strokes as apposed to pure black

How about the content? Like, do they have scenes? Are they jsut a figure with some color on the background? Group shots? Dark or light colors?

Actually, my manga collection has a little bit of everything.
Some are group shots, some are just individuals. Some have backgrounds, some don't. Although, a good deal of them are brighter colors.
And I suppose I've always liked group shots.
