-The main character is Russian or other Eastern European. Storyline possibly involves the Russian mob?
-It will take place in a NYC-like city. Most likely Liberty City, but I've heard it might be a new city called New Liberty, in the same fictitious state as Liberty City.
-Character was a mercenary and smuggler in a past life, may be looking for a new start.
-Cluckin Bell, Sprunk Cola, and the Liberty Tree Newspaper return.
