The first RE was good. The second one was good too. The third was okay. After that, the series went to Hades in a merry handbasket.

I heard RE4 is good. Instead from the Playstation where you can run around in circles like a RPG game, it has a third person shooting.
Unless you have to beat those 2 monsters in some kind of a lava chamber, put those monsters where they're standing on the lava platform and it'll kill them completely. I saw that from CHEAT! on G4 TV.

Errrr... no, I haven't played RE4 *sweatdrop* I watched someone else play it though and it looks like a decent game.

RE4 is a really good action game. I agree that the series did really go to Hades in a merry handbasket. ;D Especially with RE:Survivor. That game sucked. Big Time. But they brought it back with RE4.

RE5 looks great from the screenshots and the info that I have. We don't know who the character's name is, though we can see him. Rumors fly that he's the guy from the first RE. The same gun shooting view returns, along with the zombies again!

For those of you who don't know, Resident Evil: Deadly Silence for the Nintendo DS was just recently announced. It is... once again... a remake of the first game. The only difference is that this one is fully 3D, new puzzles, first person knife battles, and using the stylus to wipe blood off the screen. I don't know about you guys... but I'm definately getting it!
