Oh yeah! I've seen that game before!
I dunno if Americans get it but if you've heard of "Sky Digital" (It's for the TV, it's like cable or what ever) then they have interactive games you can play of your TV (Sky Gamestar) and they have a few Cartoon Network games there (And that is one of them)...
... I hope you understood that ^^;;;.
