I just watched Operation Girlfriend after a looong KND hiatus. Throughout the episode, "splintercell" was referenced several times. It's been a while since I've watched the last Season Six episodes but I vaguely remember the term. Could anyone explain?

The splinter cell is a secrate organization that wants to get rid of all adults good and evil.

you know what I noticed, in Operation: M.E.S.S.A.G.E. Eggbert Eggleston gives Muffy Jenkins a note that, if i'm right, says: "the splinter cell is real". I think Muffy Jenkins and Eggleston may somehow be involved with the splinter cell
