Well after watching Treaty;
Spoilers
Spoilers
Spoilers
Don't read if you don't want Spoilers
It would seem Nigel is the one who leaves and does not come back. Why? Becuase the splinter cell people want him to join, I'm thinking he accepts and fakesa death so no one knows.

I doubt they'd bother faking death. Chad certainly didn't. He was just never seen again.

Who said both? I just said Nigel LOL. Chad is different, he just acted as a foe and no one would know or care about his character in the show. Nigel on the other hand, leads sector five, they've all become friends. If Nigel did join he'd have to explaine hard to the group and every one else in KND. Every one likes him except for the foe's, the best way to do this is to fake a death for him. That way every one can move on in the group and just pick a new leader, it would explaine the whole not coming back in a mission thing for the last episode.

Too non-KND...ish... XD For lack of better term. Anyways, I'd really hope it wasn't Numbuh 1. However, what I'm thinking is that Mr. Warburton doesn't actually mean that somebody is going to not come back. Maybe that's going to happen as an earlier part of the episode, and then they come back in the end. Then it would be cool if it were Numbuh 1.

But Mr.B didn't say and come back in the end, he just said does not come back. I really think with the way things are going that Nigel joins that group in the end. Maybe it explaines the title, he interviews for the postion and gets accepted and doesn't come back in the last mission so he can work with them.

I still hope it's a trick. I would be so sad if an operative did not return.
SPOILER!-ish: Anyways, the shows totally unpredictable. I definetely did not expect Chad to still be part of the KND, Nigel's father to be Numbuh Zero, the DC to be Sector Z, or even Lizzie to break up with Nigel (though admittingly I sort of saw it coming).
Maybe we'll be surprised again. *shrug*

It could be a trick I suppose, but than agian all he said was Lizzie wouldn't be very happy. He never once said Lizzie and Nigel wouldn't break up. He's never really lied to any one, he's just always found ways to go around the awensers without directly responding to them. I think it would be neat if Nigel joined if that is the case, than he'd be fighting even in his teens. Imagine the fun that would happen, with Chad being on the team, if the rivalry continued {Wow} ;D

Regardless, there were people on the forum who kept saying that Mr. Warburton had confirmed that Nigel and Lizzie will not break up.
Anyways, nonetheless, there's no doubt that there are always surprises in the KND.

I thinks some just confused his words for confirmation. I mean I myself thought it meant he would never break them up, but he didn't ever say he wouldn't. And yes there will always be surpises in the show. Wonder when the episode will air.

Here's what I got from the blog; Does Nigel join Chad and the group higher than 362 at the end of the series? I found out from Treaty that there's a group that's higher than the teens orgnization and higher than 362 that wants Nigel. Does he end up joining at the end of the series and is the kid who doesn't come back for Interviews? Reply; HEHEHEH! YOU'LL FIND OUT SOON ENOUGH! I'm thinking that means, yes....
