It would make sense if it was a Tommy episode. Maybe this is about Tommy learning how to ride a tricycle. Could either just be a Tommy solo episode or a 2/Tommy episode.

Than they could try and teach him, it would be cute moments to see. And maybe how they find out is by Father. |

Well I'm pretty sure Numbuh 1 can ride a tricycle... i mean, he can ride a bike in ELECTIONS... and it was a 2 wheeler, wasnt it?

Yes, it was.
I still believe that this episode is about Mushi riding a scary tricycle, but it would be great if Tommy is in this episode.
