Since Hoagie is the only Sector V operative who's a US natural born citizen, he would be qualified for the Presidency, and he would make a good, kid-friendly president. Still, Nigel could become UK prime minister as he was born in the UK.

However, if the bill of "No Rights For Kids" featured the end of rainbow monkeys, presidential advisor Kuki would not allow president Nigel to sign this bill, as she's one of the greatest fans of the rainbow monkeys.

I sent an email to Mr. W asking him about the Nigel-Abby questioning with the "Who liked numbuh three?" question to clear up any confusion, and this is what he said:

Q: In op. W.H.I.T.E-H.O.U.S.E, when Abby was questioning Nigel, what did she mean when she said "Who had a crush on numbuh three? and dont say numbuh four"? Was that just a trick question, or is there really somebody else who likes no. 3?

A: sounds to me like someone else liked numbuh three as well.

Yeah, I noticed that too. At first I thought it was just because it was obvious it was Numbuh Four, but now that I think about it, it makes more sense that Nigel liked Kuki (I'm a diehard 3/4 just so you know). *Shrugs* Hey, it's possible. And whatever feelings Nigel had toward Kuki are probably long gone.

Everyone remember that essentially EVERYTHING concerning all characters in that episode was Canon. It was all a test to see if when Numbuh 1 became a teen, if he would betray the KND. Except for when Numbuh 1 was talking to crazy Numbuh 5 because the questions she asked had to have real answers for Numbuh 1 to know the answer. The deciding factor that Numbuh 1 would remain loyal to KND was decided when he stood as everything and the kitchen rain down on him. The moment he became a green hulk monster was showing that Nigel realized he was in his head and could control it.

So, the main question from that episode, what did crazy Numbuh 5 mean with her 3/4 love question?
