One serious flaw with this ep is that Nigel can't be president, even when he's an adult. He was born in England.
But since it was a dream, we can let that slide. ^^

Something I found online............ Age and Citizenship requirements - US Constitution, Article II, Section 1
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.

The alternative universe featured in Op W.H.I.T.E.-H.O.U.S.E. is set around thirty years into the future, so the main cast of KND, e.g. Sector V, would be around forty years old, and Nigel, Kuki and Wally have been living in the United States for most of their lives, since they were very little. If Presidential Advisor Kuki knew that the anti-kids rights bill also meant the end of rainbow monkeys, she would side with President Nigel and veto the bill. I wonder if Kuki had been the president (I doubt it if it's for real, but maybe in one of her dreams).

Doesn't matter. You have to be BORN in the US to be president. That's the law. Doesn't matter how long you've lived here.

Hoagie could legally become US President, as he was born in the USA.

... can I go now? Ok.
I saw this episode on Youtube and sincerely I didn't like the ending with Nigel as a hulk fighting against the army, for the rest it was so-so. I mean, I thought about an interesting and kewl episode (KND at the White House was good for the plot), but it could be developed better.
About the 1/3 crush told by Abby? Naaaaaahhh!!!
And that's all.

However, What if the dream did continue from there, Nigel would change from a hulk to a fire-breathing godzilla-like monster and everyone, including the armed forces, Numbuh two, three and four, and the new Sector V would be afraid of him. General Wally would shout the words "Retreat!" and "Take Cover!" as everbody would try to make a quick getaway, but Shirley would then call the moonbase to get all avalable KND operatives to fight the huge monster. Then his advisor Kuki would grab the "No Rights For Kids" Bill off Vice President Hoagie's hands (after she notices that this bill would also proclaim the end of the Rainbow Monkeys, which she's a number one fan of these cute colorful apes) and she would run over to the new Sector V to give the infamous bill to Shirley, so that Shirley and the new Sector V would take it to the KND arctic base to have it destroyed in a secret area of the arctic base. Then Kuki would say to Nigel that the bill's gone so he doesn't need to sign it anyway, then he would change back into his original human self again and Kuki, Hoagie and wally would say sorry to him and he would request for Abigail's release from Prison Inc and then he would go back to the Whitehouse and meet up with Lizzie again. After the dream ended, Nigel would wake up as a kid again in the KND moonbase hospital.
Anyhow, it is one of the greatest KND episodes ever.

I re-watched it
It was so oddly radom
The 1/3 was REALLY bizzar, but may be a setup for a later love triangle
I thought that Numbuh 2 and 3 were extreemly out of charater, and oculdn't immagine them like that when older -- Hoagie gained wait since his Hank days
They moved from Cleveland to Washington way to fast. They were in the CLEVELAND tree house, they walked to the prison, and then walked ACROSS THE STREET to the Washington monument
The writers rushed the end. They couldn't think of anything else, and wanted to finish quickly
Did anyone but me think that Numbuh 4 looked like a senior in this one? Does he age twice as fast?
And there's my 15 cents
