Has anyone heard about them (yet)? I think that it's an interesting show. They've already busted a few (yeah right...) myths like the ice bullet, the CD-ROM breaking speed...

There's this team which 'collects' urban myths (like the gas station explosions caused by mobile phones and the ice bullets, or the glass-breaking bird) and they prove if they are true or impossible.

Sounds like a TV version of snopes.In Australia, they actually have signs telling you not to use your mobile phones at a petrol station. |

They proved that talking to a mobile phone won't blow the gas station up. But static electricity can. So, don't get in and out of the car while loading the tank. And let the fire burn in the gas tank.
