There's been mulitple Robins, and it's still unclear which one Teen Titans Robin is. And I know far too much about a show that barely interests me.

Wrong. The animated series is completely different from the Teen Titans comics, Batman, ect.

Slade is not Robin's father because when Slade says "I could be like a father to you" Robin answers "I already have a father." And Slade lead Robin to Raven without deception because it suited him to get his flesh back. He knew that Robin would kill him if he didn't lead him to Raven.
