I hate the term "offensive", and people who use it. It's SO subjective, anything can be offensive. Whatever. It's just a word people use when their vocabulary is too limited to explain why they dislike something.
Example: I don't like American Dad because I think it gives a seriously warped idea of the parties. All the Republicans are shown to be morons, jerks, and overall crazy bastards. Considering how little people know about the systems of government and politicians anyway, this isn't helping. Also, it's not nearly as funny as Family Guy, which isn't nearly as funny as it used to be.
Which is another peeve!
And by the way, I want the word "fabulous" back. Ever since those admittedly snazzy guys from New York started using it, no one can use that particular adjective without some gay connotation. It's a good word! It's fun to say, so I can see why they chose that one, but some of us would like to borrow it every now and again.

Just for the record, I'm not calling Family Guy, South Park, and the like offensive. I was referencing how some people find them offensive. If we got rid of everything "offensive", then everything would be sterile.

Oh, I know. I assumed you heard or saw someone call those "offensive".
I know! Everytime I see someone use the word offensive, I'll replace it with Fabulous!
Kill two birds with one stone. ^^

South Park is the best. I'm starting to get into it again after not watching for a while. (When you have kids, you're too zonked to watch 10 PM premieres.)
Contrary to what a lot of uptight parents think, South Park isn't responsible for their kids using off-color language and crude sexual remarks.
(The eppies from around 2001 on are definitely NOT for kids. I won't let my kids watch it, not because I'm an uptight Polly Prissy Perfect parent, but they're too young to comprehend porn, sex positions, Mr. (Miss) Garrison ;D, etc.)
I hate that groups like Common Sense Media even exist. They wouldn't if there weren't so many stupid and/or uninvolved parents out there.
Which leads me into ANOTHER pet peeve: Some people shouldn't reproduce. Period. You can't infringe on people's freedom, but there are people out there who are just.not.fit to raise kids. Too bad they don't have the sense to realize that.
It's easy to have 'em. It ISN'T easy raising 'em. Giving birth is the easy part.
Comsie's Edit. Its now Miss Garrison. ;D
MHG's edit: See? I can't even keep up with Miss Garrison did to herself. ;D

My first memory from ever watching a movie is when my dad would say "shhh. Movie Rules".
Basically, the rule was no talking during a movie. And I was really good with that. I'm the kind of person who likes to sit down and enjoy a movie.
There are times where I'll watch a movie with a friend, and I've already seen it before. See, I want to just quietly watch the movie and enjoy it again. (Or see if I can catch something I miss) But my friend has to keep asking me (since she knows I've already seen it) "Who's that? What's that? Why are they doing that? What just happened?" I just calmly say "You'll see" to them, but in my mind I'm saying "Just shut up and watch the f***ing movie".
Also, I remember watching a movie in the theatres, and there was a kid there, and I don't remember if it was aimed for kids or not, but the kid had no idea what was going on and kept asking her dad questions about the movie. Now, it's fine that she didn't understand, she's a kid. But I'm trying to watch a movie here, and I can't stand it when anyone is talking.

That one episode parodizing the movie 300 was raunchy and included two scenes that involve scissoring.

Scissoring? Now that's just wrong in a sense...
