Ahhh, C&H. The first comic I ever read. I picked up The Essential Calvin and Hobbes when I was about six years old and I've been hooked ever since. They, in my opinion, epitomize what friendship should be. I love them so. Both of them.

My mom got me into Calvin and Hobbes. I like it when Hobbes tackles Calvin all the time.

a kid who has a toy tiger and he plays with it like it was real. But Hobbes is real! Well, I think he's real, anyway... Great comic strip. I was very sad to see it go. Even though I was only, like, six...

"Entertain me and excite me! I've got money!"
Calvin and Hobbes has to be the greatest comic strip EVER. I could be quoting lines for hours.
"YOU'LL NEVER KNOW WHAT I BROUGHT TO SHOW AND TELL TODAY!!!"

"Getting an inch of snow is like winning ten cents in the lottery."
C&H has such wonderful one-liners.
