Each person has their own opinions. But Lupin
must have SOME quality--He's to Japan what
Scooby Doo is to America.
What usually happens is that they go in, then are
shocked that Lupin is not some modern show
but rather was made in the 1970s. The English
dub I have some qualms with too--half the times
the characters utter a cussword, I get the
feeling it was added in just for the dub. Not
to mention they made Lupin's sexual advances
much more straightforward.
Anyway, the anime is rather humorous, like some
uncommonly good mix of James Bond and a Road
Runner cartoon. Though mostly I admire the
Lupin character himself (Why do you think he's
my avatar? ^__^).
I could go on forever about Lupin, but then I'd
